“Good service during lockdown. Returns easy. However too many trousers which all look only marginally different but sizes are not interchangeable. So my size in one pair is much too loose in another design. That makes online shopping more difficult and less appealing.”

“Rohan makes a great product! The jacket I bought for my daughter (like my own beloved Rohan rain jacket) is well-made, effective, a pleasure to wear. In ordering, I appreciated Rohan staff people's quick and friendly help as I tried to figure out the purchase (comparing old/new names/ designs). And I can't believe how quickly you were able to get me the package - from England to Philadelphia in less time than domestic mail takes. Yay Rohan!”

“I love Rohan products because they are so comfortable. they are so practical for both walking locally and packing for holidays. They are also so easy to care for-just wash and go-and so long lasting I haven't managed to wear out any of them so far and I have been buying them for about 3 years. I just keep buying more because they are suitable for everyday wear as well.”

“Four from five, because nobody is perfect - and 'five possible' is not recommended to give a balanced result. Usually a minimum of seven. I can't judge my new waterproof as I haven't had a suitable day to test it, but I am confident..... Delivery by DPD is a good choice - they got my awkward address correct first time and delivered in 24 hours when I expected 7 days.”

“Rohan gear is well made, the sizing is consistent so that you can confidently order on-line, which I have to as there are no outlets in Northern Ireland, and it performs well for a very long time. In the very rare event of a problem, their Customer Service is second to none. I've been a committed Rohan customer since those first Dry Ascent Trousers I bought in St Helier in 2010 - and I still wear them out rambling.”
