“I like that Rohan have a network of shops as well as online. I recently bought some bags and the ones that arrived were the wrong length, (not what I had ordered). Since I wanted to wear them immediately, I took them to the local shop and was able to exchange them for what I had ordered. Obviously this was an error by Rohan initially, but they were in a position to make an immediate recovery which is always nice to know.”

“I buy most of my clothes here. Very good quality . Mediterranean shirt very neat. Smaller pockets than I expected. I do miss the design of the original shirts I bought that had a vertical zipped pocket that was very good for travel to carry passports.”

“Excellent company, high quality, waterproof, stylish, womens jackets. Well priced, with superb quality fabrics used and stylish well thought out designs. Needed to exchange my shell jacket, a mistake for me, for the Kendal jacket, more an all round jacket for my needs. Henley on Thames branch so helpful, couldn’t better this company. My husband so impressed bought the men’s Kendal, we are beyond pleased. Five gold stars. Thank you Rohan.”

“Consistent, excellent quality of fabric, design, styling. Garments are a consistent size, so we order from Australia, confident that the garments will fit. Most of the garments can be worn on the track and also look smart when travelling or engaged in tourist activities. The order and postal services are excellent. Five or six days from the time of online order to delivery to my home in Sydney, Australia is amazing. The warm garments are warm, and the outdoor jackets and pants are truly waterproof and windproof. The emphasis on light fabrics with a quick drying time is great when travelling or walking for an extended period. Garments really do dry overnight, as stated. The lightweight underwear, mid-layers and jackets are excellent for our full-pack (multi day) walks in the Australian bush, when every item is carefully weighed and reconsidered before the final packing. The addition of extra or heavier garments means that less food can be carried.”

“I ordered an Equator shirt by phone to be sent to the Kingston-on-Thames store. When I collected, it was not the size I thought I had ordered. The staff there exchanged it without quibble for the correct size. If only other stores were as helpful! Robert”
