“As always, excellent quality and a good fit. Although a tad expensive and don’t buy as often as I would, if they were a little cheaper. I know When I do buy, they will last a long time because of the quality.”

“Been buying from Rohan for years - products are always great quality and long wearing. I recently ordered Jeans, they were delivered to my chosen store (Hebden bridge) promptly and the friendly shop staff informed me when my products had arrived in store - excellent service.”

“I find that your shops rarely offer the sizes I need when I visit them. Due to this I tried ordering online and pick-up in store. Only you rdelivery times to stores are not quick enough - I come from Brussels to London and found the pre-ordered items took a week to arrive in-store. This was the limit of my stay in London. Common sense would suggest, as was experienced in pre-digital ages, that should the ordered items should they be available off the shelf in the store at the time of visit could be issued in lieu of the packegae actually arriving from your distribution centre... alas not possible - computer says no! REally stupid - where is the human over-ride and use of common sense. I had to make further visits to the store after keeping a daily watch obn emails before being able to access your products - Inefficient and a waste of time and money for me and clearly a loss of sales occurring on your part, let alone the awkward situation presented to your staff who could see the advantage of providing the same product to the customer in front of them and taking the delivery of my order to restock their inventory. I cannot tell you how annoyed I am that you have processes that stop common sense activities - especially as you have chosen to retreat behind the Brexit barricades and stoppped delivering to Mainland Europe. So, no, I cannot recommend you to anyone.”

“Lovely efficient service. Went for the wrong size so having to exchange but the system worked well and my trousers are on their way back with no hassle. Disappointed that the carriage was so expensive to Guernsey DHL were very efficient and quick but I think Royal Mail would have been as quick and cheaper.”

“Great jacket. Should last me years. Pity the one for hubby wasn’t large enough. He needs 3XL and Rohan only go to 2XL. Not cheap though.”

“Free delivery please on all items … The jeans I ordered are my third pair of the same design . This pair and my first pair are great . The middle pair of jeans are , and always have been a weird fit ! The zip has been put in incorrectly. The zip is not in the middle but over to the right side . I had worn them a couple of times , felt uncomfortable and never wore them , putting them away in the wardrobe . I vowed I wouldn’t buy another pair but they were in the Sale in April , so thought I’d given Rohan a second chance . These fit perfectly. Wished I’d taken the second pair back to Rohan , as you can definitely see the misfit of zip . I have still given 5* because I absolutely love the quality and longevity of Rohan clothing . They are a first class company, down to their merchandise , their staff and delivery to their shops .”

“Ordered two items, was not advised by local shop that either had been delivered. Turns out one sale item was out of stock (really?). The other had come in so we collected that. We were still not told when the other item had been delivered, left us unhappy with the service on that occasion. You do expect more when it looks like premium prices.”
