“This far from the first time that we have bought Rohan and used the website. The goods were exactly as described and a good fit for a lady who is not as slim as she would like to be! The only issue was that the courier was ahead of the delivery schedule and we had already left the house when he texted to say he was on his way. It was not a problem in that he came back the following day but had we have had earlier warning we might have been able to save everyone time.”

“I have shopped at Rohan for many years and I have never had a problem. The website is very easy to use and on the rare occasion that I have needed assistance the telephone helpline acted as an excellent back up. DPD deliveries are always on time and they provide regular updates. I placed an order before Christmas and received a very apologetic phone call in plenty of time to warn me that it would not be possible to deliver the item before Christmas. This wasn’t a present so it wasn’t a problem but the call was much appreciated. Would recommend Rohan without reservation.”

“Excellent customer service to back up quality clothing. My order for a Finnic Cardi went missing and, according to DPD tracking, had got stuck in their system. I contacted Rohan by email and received a call from Emily who said she would send out a replacement Cardi immediately by express delivery. Really pleased with the service and delighted with the Finnic Cardi (my second!).”
