“There was some confusion about where my Helios jacket was coming from . I received two different messages. However the excellent person on your customer telephone sorted it in an efficient and friendly way and DPD even managed to deliver it a day early. And the jacket is excellent. Thanks”

“Had a couple of items gifted and sent directly to me, unfortunately sizes werewrong for me...R. happy to exchange them which they did extremely quickly, even snailmailing me an address label as don't have a printer so didnt have to pay postage cost. All my family have been buying them for years. 50plus year old son still has a pair of pants bought for 18th Birthday, blurb said wd fit in can of coke... we bought a can, and after washing it out the pants did fit into the can. Has a a rugby style shirt bought a couple of years later -the colour has faded, but it is still wearable. I could go on and on.”

“I bought the ladies Brecon jacket and a pair of Dry Roamers. Delighted with both items. The trousers are a slimmer fit than older Roamers which is good. Customer services were very helpful and delivery was speedy.”

“The most comfortable shoes for walking I have ever worn. I use orthotics which are unforgiving solid pieces of synthetic material decigned to correct gait with zero regard to comfort. In these shoes I am so well protected that I dont even notice the ortotics. Cannot reccommend these shoes more.They ar terrific.”

“Provider of great quality clothing. Materials are very good. Some of the styles are not to everyones taste, but if your shopping in store it's easy to try before you buy. Online shopping and returning is a good experience too.”

“I was disappointed to hear that you have closed your shop in Guildford. I live in your Roamer trousers they are so comfortable and easy to wash and dry. I have summer, winter and waterproof versions. They are also extremely hard wearing.”

“Buy Rohan clothing during sales only, as consider full price expensive I am a small man and wish you offered 28” waist and shorter leg and T shirt lengths. Over the 20-25 years I have purchased Rohan there has been a gradual decline in the durability of the clothing”

“Really good quality products with lots of very useful features. Would like ladies coats to be in size 10,12,14 etc as the small is a very snug fit and the medium is far too big.”

“Three years ago I bought a Frostpoint 100 Coat Women's, Cayenne Purple, Medium which I loved. Recently I caught it on a blackberry thorn which ripped the material on its back in a prominent place. I phoned Rohan to ask about repairs and was immediately emailed a postage label to send it to them. Later they phoned me back telling me how they would repair it. Once it was done, it was sent back to me, all within 10 days start to finish, looking brand new. The repair job was excellent, impossible see, and free. I can't praise them enough.”

“The one star is to express my disappointment that Rohan no longer sell men's briefs without a fly opening. For some 20 years Rohan has been my 'go to' shop for casual, active and holiday clothes including underwear. Along with many older men, particularly those like me who have had prostate surgery, I now need to wear a pad inside my underwear. Rohan briefs (without a fly opening) had been perfect; a fly opening is not only redundant but also I find doesn't hold the pad in position and can be uncomfortable. Given the publicity around King Charles's prostate surgery and with TENA (a pad manufacturer) advertising their 'mens' lines on TV during this year's Six Nations rugby tournament there is thankfully greater awareness about men's pads.. I would urge Rohan to reinstate at least one line of briefs without a fly opening - and my vote would be for the ''cool silver briefs'.”

“I have worn Rohan for many years with complete satisfaction. and hope to do so for many more. However why has the leg pocket in the roamers been reduced to a useless size? it is such a convenient pocket but now it is too small to hold a phone or pretty much anything else. A return to the original size of pocket would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.”
