“I live in France and for some reason had problems finalising an order on-line. Because I had friends from England due to visit I asked if they would receive my order and bring it with them, I then telephoned Rohan to order and that was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. The order was received 4 days later, with tracked delivery time. Since ordering we had to change plans due to a close family member illness in UK so unfortunately I still haven't seen my clothing but hope to in the next week or so. I have bought Rohan clothing from a shop many years ago and it wore well, exceptional quality fabric, so hope I will not be disappointed. Yesterday, 30/11/24, I was able to collect my Rohan order from my friend. Delighted with the quality and fit and looking forward to wearing them soon.”

“Customer service at Rohan is excellent - they responded quickly to my email, organised the return of the faulty jacket, agreed it was faulty, gave me a choice of two replacements and sent my choice priority. In the space of ten days all was sorted. Why can’t more business respond like this. Thank you so much Rohan.”

“New Rohan Roamers - Excellent as usual but the inner small zip pocket on the right hand side seems to have shrunk and ncan now only accomadate not much - will still hold a nasal spray but not now in its packet”

“Rohan after sales service is amazing. I rang Rohan to ask advice about a waterproof walking jacket that I bought for my husband about twenty-five years ago. I had washed it only once and thought it needed to be cleaned and reproofed. I spoke to Tammy. Tammy was very helpful and said the waterproof lining may be disintegrating and it might damage the lining further if I washed it. She suggested that I return the jacket to Rohan where they would inspect it. Tammy sent a bag with return label to us and we returned the jacket to Rohan. It was inspected and Tammy rang us a few days later to let us know that the jacket could not be cleaned and reproofed because the waterproofing was breaking down inside the jacket. She duly returned the jacket to us. All this took only one week, and at no cost at all to us. The cost of cleaning and reproofing would have cost £25.00 which we thought would have been very good value to preserve the life of your jacket.”

“Thanks for fast delivery of Heath overtrousers. Unfortunately one of the press studs on the ankle closure broke when I first opened it to try on. Ridiculously tiny and fragile press studs - whatever were your design team thinking of when they passed those off as fit for purpose? Am now going to sew on velcro tabs to replace the studs so a poorly finished garment despite all Rohan's experience in making such kit.”
