“Rohan service is second to non. However in my experience, your website is awful. I needed to be sent a new password which you sent. It would not work. After many attempts, I tried to log in as a guest, but I was blocked as I had a login account set up. I was only able to order when my wife was able to check in as a guest. Really you have to actually know Rohan to go through all of that. However you 'human' side is superb.”

“Excellent quality, dis appointed that you have gone to small/ medium/ large sizes only. Medium can be a little tight for tops, large too baggy.”

“TG Rohan uses DPD. IMO the best courier. Easy to accept/modify delivery. I really like Rohan products. Well made, good fit, sturdy. On a previous occasion when I missed the delivery (my fault) Rohan phoned me to ensure all was well. Excellent service.”

“I love Rohan trousers which are great for golf and for everyday use and I have several pairs in different types and colours. Have bought husband some too. They are easy to launder and are very long-lasting. Orders always arrive promptly and in good order.”

“Great choice of well engineered / designed products. However some of the colours of mens outerwear are poorly chosen and are too pale. Excellent customer service in shops and on line and always someone at the end of a phone to help and advise Problems dealt with effectively and efficiently”

“The grey Kielder shirt was a welcome surprise in that the image did not do it justice and the feel of a quality cool climate shirt. However, the Dalby was put in the shade by the Kielder so whilst OK not the same value for the same money. So four star Keilder three star Dalby. Rohan ought to stop charging for delivery for higher value orders in line with the competition.”
