“Unfortunately Rohan only use DPD for deliveries. Quality of products good. Helpful customer service. I gave Rohan the DPD pickup point address but they used it as if it was my personal address and the pickup point were reluctant to give me my parcel but did in the end.”

“Absolutely top quality outdoor clothing. I’ve now got a second pair of “traverse “ trousers. They fit perfectly and are brilliant for walking with the stretchy fabric with a good amount of pockets. They will be coming with me on my big trip to Patagonia as I rate them that much!”

“Refund for shorts quickly processed bit I was disappointed they were nothing like as described or pictured. The orange long shorts were actually above knee length, a very poor cut and thin, static fabric so not what I have come to expect from Rohan at all.”

“Great clothing that is travel friendly, I have been buying for many years - not cheap but you get what you pay for EXCEPT it is galling to say the least when you pay full price only to find it's in a sale weeks later at a greatly reduced price!!!!!!”

“Have previously had a pair of the navy blue Traverse trousers and these seem slightly more generous in the fit than the new coal trousers. A small quibble though and I am currently wearing the new pair and I am happy with them. Ordering and delivery very good and the trousers are good value.”

“Your website wouldn’t recognise my password so I asked my daughter to order via her email and password but she had the same problem. When I tried to reset the password the site, despite sending me an email to do so also wouldn’t work. I ended up doing the order over the phone. Any one not a real fan of Rohan would have probably said did it and gone somewhere else. Nothing wrong with the products it’s just the website that caused my isdue”
