“I bought a needlecord shirt in aubergine that fits beautifully, and is a bargain at sale price. I was disappointed with the cord walking trousers, which were too snug a fit for comfortable walking, ditto the lined, 'winter' walking trousers, and I returned these.”

“I found the service from your call centre excellent unfortunately I can't say the same for the clothing I ordered two lots trousers size 10 one was to small the other to large I have struggled to find clothes that fit one of the last things I ordered was impregnated with chemical that I didn't realise but the worst bit was it warned not to wash with other clothes .How dangerous was it . So I hope last thing I have ordered will be ok because I am fed up trying to find something so I can use up a credit note .”

“The products are high quality but offered at a price that is not excessive. The range is good - not so wide as to cause confusion or duplication. Service is excellent: prompt delivery, enough updates and the app./ web site does the job without fuss or confusion. It simply works by working simply. Just like the clothes and kit.”

“I have been wearing Rohan stuff since the 1970s, originally Bags and Safari shirts ( where did they go ?) and am still buying Bags 50 years or so later. Stretch Winter Bags are the ultimate birding trousers. When Rohan get it right their products are brilliant.”

“Quick delivery. However only one hour notice sent by email of delivery time which I could not read in time and was not there. No card put through door of where parcel is. I read follow up email of location much later. Not everyone has instant access to emails.”
