“My wife and I very much like the functionality and design of most of the Rohan range. The prices are high but the quality good. That said I look to buy the articles we want in the sales if they are available. I recently bought a shirt for myself and a dress for my wife. A late change of mind about size of the latter was accommodated and the dress was promptly shipped from a store under the sale terms. Very impressive.”

“The trousers are a good fit. Unfortunately they must have been a return for you. The packaging was torn, the trousers very creased. Even in the sale paying almost £90, I would expect you to have more respect for your own goods.”

“Clothes are of excellent quality, last for ages, customer services are the best I've known, and the delivery is very good. My only concern is the sizing of tops and blouses varies - sometimes size 14 is just right other times it is too small.”

“Consistent quality products, with very broad selection. Customer service and delivery very efficient. Expensive but clothing lasts for decades!….even after abusive use in all weather and terrain, THE BONUS: The donation system means others can use donated, still usable kit!”

“Still some very good products but some of the details are lacking. Examples of this include recent experience of buying Pioneer convertible trousers and a pair of Pioneer shorts in the sale. Both were labelled 34" waist but the internal waistband measurements are 2" different making me think the manufacturer sewed the wrong label into the shorts. Otherwise, both products are very good although time will tell as they are only a month old.”

“I've had numerous pairs of Bags Shorts since the 80s, surely that alone is testimony to a five star product. Comfortable, lightweight and easily washed and dried. One wee niggle though is the button fastening is a little tight - too big a button or too small a hole! This has never occurred in previous pairs.”

“I have been a Rohan customer for over 30 years. Their kit is hard wearing and good quality, some of my original purchases are still going strong after all that time. If I am honest the quality is not as high as it first was but it is still good. I miss the chest pocket in many of the newer fleece designs, which I assume is a cost saving, but nevertheless continue to enjoy the kit in general and I wear at least two items of Rohan clothing every day. The website is good, user friendly and the delivery process excellent. 5 Stars reduced to 4 merely because of design changes,”

“Ordered women’s Roamers in black size 14 short. Arrived on time. However were too big so ‘phoned my local Rohan shop in Swinfen who were very obliging. They arranged for me to try a size 12 which I did and they were perfect. As they didn’t have a size 12 short they arranged for a replacement pair which was arranged to be sent to my home a few days later. Excellent, friendly, helpful service.”
