“It's been a few years since I used to stop off at Long Preston on my way up to the Lake District every summer but the quality and fit of Rohan gear are just as good as they were back then (the colours perhaps a little more hit and miss). The service remains excellent. An item ordered in the sale was further reduced in price the day my order was shipped out. A phone call to Rohan was answered by Louise who couldn't have been more helpful. I put the money she refunded towards another item ordered today.”

“Brilliant My husband and I have been wearing Rohan since the beginning. We buy as much of our clothing as we can from you .It is durable, washes well and dries quickly Some things are expensive so we look out for the sales and the souk.”

“We really appreciate the staff in the store in Stow. They are really knowledgeable about the products and helpful in suggesting the right ones to meet our needs. It doesn't make sense though that they can order for us and send the items to our address but when we order online shipping is always charged no matter the order value.”

“Fantastic customer service on sales and no quibble return policy for new products. Some of the products are amazing - my first thoughts include a lightweight barricade coat that is both stylish and completely waterproof, also some walking shoes that are amazing. Also some very smart trousers. Unfortunately not all the products are as good. I have had coats that absorb water like a sponge (this is barricade too), trousers that lose colour after a few washes, jumpers/ jackets that go clumpy ( the surface rather than smooth develops a bitty surface that looks old/ worn very quickly). Despite the advertising - the shops don’t really want to know about these issues. In the case of the trousers i was advised to dye them. Many of the products are very frumpy/ old fashioned (you have a near 70 year old saying this!!).”

“I have used Rohan for a great many years, as products ( if looked after well) last and look brand new, 2 products must be at least 15-16 years old! They use the latest knowledge to improve their products keeping Rohan ahead of the game,”

“Bought the Harbour Coat and loved it so much my work colleague bought the same after she tried mine on. We are now both toasty and warm in the playground. The staff in the Harrogate shop are so friendly and helpful which made buying the coat a pleasurable experience. I tend to avoid shops as staff can be intimidating and off putting but not the case in Rohan. What a fantastic team you have at Harrogate!”
