“I ordered 3 hampers with a specific request to call if no reply at the door but to leave at the door and call Harry as he may be in the garden. No call and most dairy items perished in the sun, it was Good Friday April 10th and hot and sunny. The flowers also wilted. Unimpressed. I gather the fruit and veg hampers were fine.”

“I recently ordered a flower basket for a friend, who loves just the one colour of flowers, which is why i ordered the pink one, well she sent me a photo to thank me and the flowers were purple and dark pink. Maybe it would be nice to ask if people would mind a different colour to go out, before they were sent?”

“I was very pleased, firstly that the process of ordering was so straight forward. The recipients of the flowers were delighted with the freshness of them and sent us a photograph of them. We chose a vase and balloon to make the gift more special. Well done.”
