“Beautiful presentation and flowers. - a thank you from family. Delivery was quick and the same day as ordering.. However, after three days the stocks have lost half the petals and look bedraggled. The roses have already turned brown at the stem. The pretty weedy/seedy addition has been thrown away. I would not recommend. For a recent birthday I had roses delivered from a producer on the island. They were spectacular and lasted two weeks. Very disappointing and from looking at other reviews I am not the only one. There is no excuse and yes instructions were followed.”

“I had to cancel my order, which I did at approximately 6:16 a.m. IOM time. The reason for the cancellation: the recipient was out of town, which was indicated in my email to you. I was charged for the delivery. I feel as though you were given enough time to cancel. I'll now take my business elsewhere. Thank you.”

“Delivered on time - recipients seemed very pleased with the contents - the web site was very easy to use and allowed payment by PayPal so would use robinsons again much better web site than Interflora for gifts from Spain”
