“I ordered a basket of fruit for someone isolating at the moment and the process was very easy, the delivery prompt, the packaging professional, but the fruit itself was of a poor quality which was very disappointing considering the price paid.”

“Ordered mum some flowers for her " lockdown " birthday. On the day of delivery, she received a quick text/call to check she was in. The doorbell was rung, and the flowers left on the doorstep , the delivery driver was at a social distance and gave her a thumbs up. She was made up, thankyou Robinsons..”

“The flowers were delivered on time. It was a beautiful arrangement. It was for a 1st floor apartment but unfortunately was left in the foyer. Luckily a neighbour took them to the recipient.”

“I ordered a floral gift for my daughter's birthday. As she lives in the Isle of Man getting gifts across from England was difficult. The ordering system was easy to use. The flowers were ordered as arranged. My daughter sent a photograph and thanked me for the beautiful flowers. They looked stunning and overall I was very pleased with the service provided by Robinsons Signature and would use them again.”

“Being honest they do what they say on the tin and deliver beautiful flowers. Drop a mark only because this isn't a big place, so online ordering for same day delivery shouldn't be so early cut off, but I'm being picky...the flowers arrived next day and were well received”

“Ordered Sunday with next day delivery 9-5pm. By 5.15 it still hadn't arrived and was very worried as it was a birthday delivery so I called. Fortunately it arrived very shortly afterwards and the next day delivery charge was refunded as it was outside the delivery window promised. It is standard for most UK companies to work Sunday but not in the Isle of Man - CS seemed surprised that I was surprised they didn't work Sundays!”
