“We bought a new Skylark home and we were aware that there was to be some fitted wardrobes in our dressing room but we were blown away by the quality of the furniture and standard of the fitting when it was installed. We have hanging at 2 levels a huge corner wardrobe with curved rail, shelving and drawers which were fitted in a day by Paulo and Wayne who were hard working, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We would highly recommend Robes n Rails.”

“A big thanks to Matt, Jamie and Jack for all their hard work today. We're absolutely delighted with the end result. They left the place spotless on completion of the job, despite the fact it was heaving with rain all day. Praise to the office staff too for their guidance and patience. Looking forward to the next wardrobe installation in a few weeks time.”

“This is the third set of wardrobes etc I’ve ordered from Robesnrails. I can’t praise them highly enough for their superb workmanship, high quality materials and designs, the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff and their punctuality and efficiency. “from talking to the staff about our needs, we ordered a media unit to our design which the company said they could produce. when Steve came to survey our needs we made improvements with his help. the fitters Matt and Wayne came to fit the unit were respectful and very efficient, we are delighted with the result. I can say from start to finish everything went smoothly we knew what was being done and when it would happen. Thank you very much from Colin and Margaret”

“Matt and Wayne came and fitted our sliding wardrobes and delivered the 2 matching bedside cabinets today. They were polite, did an excellent job of fitting, finishing off around existing coving and clearing up. Wayne is deaf and it was lovely to see the relationship between them with Matt signing to him and passing on our thanks. Very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

“We recently had storage draws put in underneath our stairs. Jamie and Jack did an amazing job and we are really pleased with them. Everyone at the showroom was really welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.”

“Buying our new fitted wardrobes and cupboards could not have been a better experience from our first visit to the showroom with their friendly and expert staff to the surveyor's visit and finally the fitters, Matt, Paulo and Wayne. “The customer service from Robes ‘n’ Rails from start to finish was superb. Our first fact finding visit to the showroom was aided by the very friendly and helpful staff. This was followed up by a very straightforward design visit to our home from Richard, where we were pleasantly surprised by the price and value on offer. The fitters, Paulo, Jamie, and Jack were very polite and respectful of our property and delivered a fantastic product. Thank you all for a wonderful service!”

“Great customer service from start to finish! Really good communication from the team at the showroom. They called me back within half an hour of me emailing an enquiry on a Saturday! Very thorough in the showroom. Made us feel very at ease and made sure we got what we wanted. Richard came out for the quote. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel no job was too difficult. Jamie and Jack came to fit and have done a fantastic job! Very clean and tidy all the way through, even though they had to remove a partial stud wall. Friendly and professional guys. Love the finished product! Honestly cannot fault this company! Having another wardrobe fitted next week!”

“Service from start to finish by Robes n Rails has been very professional. Fitters Matt & Wayne spent the day fitting a hall cupboard and wardrobe to the highest standard and we are delighted with the quality and the look of the finished product. “We are really pleased with our wardrobes and understair storage. The process has been good from start to finish, from walking round the showroom to everything being fitted, the staff have been brilliant. “We went to Robes and Rails to replace wardrobes previously fitted by them after they were damaged in a fire. Excellent quality and service. We are very pleased with the work and their service. In particular, the guys who fitted the units (Jamie, Matt, Wayne and Jack) were very polite and professional, appearing genuinely pleased with the work. I certainly will be recommending them.”
