“Brilliant staff. Fantastic service, wonderful designs, beautifully built. From our visit to the showroom to see the big choice, then Richard the owner came to our home to show us what could be done and help us decide what we wanted, Steve came and planned the design and finally Steve and Paulo building the fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture into our home. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, clean finish was perfection. We will definitely be going back to Robes n Rails for our next bedroom project. We are so pleased with everything they did for us and our home.”

“The Robes & Rails team transformed an unusable corner of a small bedroom into a thoughfully designed and expertly fitted range of shelves, rails, drawers. The fitters Matt and Wayne were friendly and accomodating and we look forward to welcoming them back for our next project - next week! The showrooms in Lincoln are a great source of inspiration and MD Richard brings years of experience to turn your inspiration into reality.”

“I had a built in wardrobe with lovely light grey glass sliding doors with a mirrored door in the middle . It has made the bedroom feel so much bigger as the light bounces off the wardrobe. Excellent craftsmanship, great service from start to finish. Jamie & Jimmy were very respectful of my house, putting down carpet protectors and dust sheets. Hoovering the bedroom and landing before leaving and taking all the packaging away too. A first class job, I love it.”

“We first had a bedroom fitted by Robes and Rails 5/6 years and were delighted with it. When we recently moved house, we didn't hesitate to choose them again. We had the same delightful experience - really friendly and helpful staff in the showroom, excellent advice and planning from Richard, and installation by 2 great guys, Matt and Wayne, who made a superb job of fitting the wardrobes. The quality is second to none and you feel like you are being looked after by one big happy family. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Paulo, Jimmy and Luke fitted our new wardrobes with great care. They checked what needed protecting first. Tided up and left everything clean and tidy -10/10 for the housework. Wardrobes are lovely and give us so much more storage space. The large sliding doors move without any effort and are well made. We have no problem recommending robes n rails.”

“From Richard coming out to quote us, the really friendly ladies in the show room and Paulo, Jimmy and Wayne who fitted my beautiful bedroom wardrobes I can not express how happy we are with the most excellent service, quality of workmanship and general service provided by your Company. The fitters were polite, great company and efficient in every way. Richard was great when he came to quote us, brilliantly interpreted what we were hoping to achieve and listened better than others we had have quote us. The ladies in the showroom were so enthusiastic, reassuring and great to deal with as well as making me feel confident in my order. Efficiency, quality and impressive Company to deal with Thanks to you all. Once our room is completed I will send you pictures Thanks so very much.”

“We have just had a wardrobe fitted and I would just like to thank everyone at Robes and Rails for a first class job. The whole process was dealt with very pleasantly and professionally by the whole team. The wardrobe looks fantastic and was fitted by two pleasant and professional fitters (Matt & Paulo) who did a fantastic job and who showed a lot of care and attention to both the fitting and to our property. This is the second bedroom we have had fitted by the company this year and I would highly recommend this company.”

“The service i received from Robes n Rails from order to installation was excellent and both my wife and i are extremely happy with the finished product. The attention to detail is second to none. The two fitters, Matt and Jamie, arrived on time and were very polite and respectful not only to us but the house as well. They took time to lay down protective material on the floors and covered anything else with dustsheets. Their workmanship was excellent and carried out in a friendly and professional way. “What a fantastic family run company to deal with, the whole process from the girls in reception with their product knowledge, Richard who is expert at design (and Sales) to Phil who surveyed the 3 door soft close robe set. “As soon as I walked into the showroom I knew I’d made the right decision. A friendly, approachable manager with vast experience. I was free to wander their great showroom with a sales team that weren’t pushy but still informative. On the day the hardest job, fitting my wardrobes, was done fantastically. Friendly fitters who did their job to the highest standards. An all round superb business.”

“Before ordering our wardrobes we visited other companies to check out the quality of products. The showroom is exceedingly well put together and the Ladies are extremely helpful. The quality is above other manufacturers of sliding wardrobes and the drawers are well made. From the placement of the order to the fitting date ran smoothly. All happened on the dates as first stated. The cad drg of the wardrobes is expertly done which gives you a very good idea of what the finish will look like. Fitting was done by Paolo and Jimmy. Two really great guys who carried on through the heat of the day to complete the fitting on time. The finished product is fantastic and covered by a 10 year guarantee. I get the impression that this is one of the few remaining family firms that have respect for both the customer and the workforce. Well done to all Charles & Audrey Freeman”
