“A great job from start to finish! From visiting the showroom, a visit from the designer and surveyor to the final installation a great job well done. Jack and Wayne did a great job of the installation. Highly recommended and so nice to be able to give our business to a local company.”

“The entire processes was simple and we were kept informed at every stag from quote to survey to fitting.. The quality of the fitted wardrobe is excellent and it looks great. The fitters, Matt & Jack, were very good as they covered the carpets and left everything very clean. They did a great job and made sure that we were happy with this finished wardrobe.”

“From planning to ordering to fitting it couldn’t have gone smoother all the staff are very friendly and patient. On the day Matt and Jack turned up on time, looked at the room checked everything with me and started straight away. They asked me to decide which way I wanted the handle plate and didn’t just assume. Tidied up and left the house very clean. I’d thoroughly recommend them and I’m really pleased with the quality and the fit. Thank you for making it such a pleasure.”

“Fabulous, look no further. Cannot recommend highly enough. Delighted with the finished product. Love being able buy local. Fitted a month ago and no concerns so far. Quality product, competitive pricing, fitted when they said it would be fitted. Professional teams from showroom through to design and fitting. Very good communication. Our fitters , Matt, Wayne and Paulo were all fabulous, courteous and left the room in a clean and tidy state. 10 year guarantee. Our experience positively contrasted with previous experiences (in our old home)with a well advertised firm which was horrendous and the quality was poor. In addition we had considered another well advertised firm, visited their showroom (recommend) but we found the quality lacking. No regrets with our decision to go with Robes n Rails. Thank you so much to you all.”

“Excellent, professional service. No hard sell just expert advice. Value for money from a local business. All the staff were excellent. Peter who designed our bespoke wardrobe to Jamie who installed it. Not the cheapest option we exploredbut by far the best quality, value for money and service. Woukd highly recommend.”

“Robes and Rails was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. First class service from our initial enquiry to the end result. We received superb customer service. The fitters took meticulous care, the quality of fitting was excellent and the fitters were very considerate and tidy. We had a complicated fit which was taking longer than they expected so the company drafted in extra members of their team to ensure the job was done in the timescale planned. First class service all round. A big thank you to our fitters, Matt, Paula, Jack, Jaimie and Wayne.”

“After shopping around, I decided to go with Robes n Rails as I wanted to support local business and Pete in Sales was a really nice guy. He gave a realistic price from the start, unlike other companies and was not at all pushy. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and professional. I’d like to give a shout out to Steve, Matt and Paulo for making a fantastic job of fitting the wardrobes, panelling and drawers. On top of that, they were polite and tidy and cleaned up after the job. Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend.”

“Some friends had recommended your company to us so we came along to the showroom in Lincoln. The sales team were very friendly and helpful as was the person who came out to measure and help us plan the design. Jamie Wayne and Jack have just completed the fitting of our bedroom furniture and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. They have worked very hard to a very high standard. Wow! We’re so happy and will certainly be recommending “ robes and rails “Thant you !”

“We had a big media wall made and fitted by Robes and rails it is absolutely stunning,very well made we had Matt and Paulo as are fitters,they were very respectful of are home and kept the mess to an absolute minimum, cleaning as they went, extremely helpful and they were amazing at what they do , we will definitely use this company again and would recommend.Thank you”

“We are delighted with our new fitted bedroom, which was fitted in July. From our first visit to the showroom and talking to the lovely friendly ladies there who had lots of helpful suggestions, Steve who did the survey and then Matt, Paulo, Wayne, Jack and Jamie who did the fitting over a 3 day period, we were very pleased. They took great care and protected our stair and landing carpet and also cleaned up at the end of each day very well. 10/10 Robes and Rails.”

“We have just taken delivery of our new wardrobes and are thrilled with the result! It's fair to say that we shopped around but found Robes n Rails head and shoulders above the rest. We visited the showroom a number of times before we finally made a decision and always found the staff to be attentive and helpful but never pushy! Not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The price was fair. A big thank you to the designer, Pete; the surveyor, Matt; the fitters, Paulo and Jack who were on time; polite and courteous; produced excellent craftsmanship, leaving the room clean tidy. Looking forward to receiving our freestanding furniture towards the end of the month.”

“We had two bedrooms fitted with wardrobes and drawer units in early June 2024. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from "Robes n Rails" from start to finish. We were kept informed of progress and the fitters turned up on the due date, as promised. The three fitters, Matt, Wayne and Paulo, were very polite and professional. They protected the existing carpets and fittings before starting to install the new units. We are extremely pleased with the finished products and would have no hesitation in recommending "Robes n Rails" to our friends and relatives.”

“Had three rooms fitted with wardrobes cupboards and drawers. Jamie Wayne and Jack did a superb job of fitting all the units always turned up on time were a pleasure to have in our home. Laid carpet protectors prior to work commencing, cleaned up and left the property spotless when work completed. From start to finish all the staff have been professional and thorough. “From the friendly helpful showroom staff to the finished product, we have been really pleased with Robes and Rails. The home visit was helpful and informative, leaving us with fitted storage that made the most use of our space. Matt & Paulo were great fitters and checked we were happy at each stage of fitting the cupboards, and left the room clean and tidy when finished. Would recommend off the back of this experience, thank you.”
