“My tablet was playing up and rang to see if others had had a problem, picked up the phone in a few rings. Lovely service. Tried again online and got it to work. Think it was a bank thing. Order went through and four days later recieved. Packed just as I would expect and have a box to keep for a reminder. Quality wood. Would order again.”

“Magnificent service. I told them several months ago that I'd be interested in buying a particular wine if they ever managed to get any. It took a while but they didn't forget and I was able to stock up in time for Christmas!”

“I've ordered from R&S many times and they have always provided good and interesting wines at affordable prices. In the run-up to Christmas this year they once again took an order for a case of mixed wines and had it delivered in Glasgow within 24 hours. That was the standard service, not premium. I don't know any other online business who does it better. I believe the shop is very nice too but I've never made it to Beverley....”
