“Would like to say how pleased we were with Robert Ellis of Arnold when selling our property, and particularly the young lady dealing with us, Lauren Bennett, the whole staff in fact were superb, and the property was sold within a week of the Sale Board going up, Lauren telephoned us every morning to keep us in the picture to say how things were progressing. We could definitely recommend them, and if the time comes that if ever we need them again, we will certainly do so, can't praise them enough.”

“Once the sale was agreed Holly was very good in pushing both solicitors to conclude the exchange and completion. She leaised with me continually throughout and balanced the buyers changing demands and the solicitors shortfalls very well until we all got what we wanted. Holly is a credit to Robert Ellis Estate Agents.”

“I recently used Robert Ellis to sell my house and could not be more happy with the service I received. It was not a straight forward sale as the whole process took nearly a year, as well as me living away from the area, but Karianne was absolutely brilliant throughout. She regularly touched base with me, gave me helpful advice, and just made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis or use them again.”

“Nicole at Robert Ellis has gone the extra mile through the house moving procedures.If it wasn't for Nicole chasing solicitors and other estate agents/ sellers & buyers in the chain I don't think we would have been able to move before the Stamp Duty holiday ended. Robert Ellis estate agents is lucky to have her as part of the team as she is so professional, compassionate, caring and gets the job done!! It can't be easy dealing with stressed out customers/clients!! Well done Nicole and a Big Thank you to you!!”

“Hollie was the main person for contact during my purchase. Hollie demonstrated exceptional awareness of my needs during the buying process and when the purchase almost became compromised, Hollie went above and beyond her duty to ensure that the purchase went a head as scheduled in the first instance. Hollie is extremely personable and has a great energy for her work. Well done Hollie. “Holly has been most helpful all the way through and good communication not too much but when needed and very understanding of situations and empathetic of how stressful things can be I really appreciate the honesty and help and communication skills I would definitely recommend again unlike other agents I’ve really not been happy with (Nb who wasn’t professional or trustworthy!)”
