“We couldn't have imagined a better estate agent than Robert Ellis, absolutely amazing. We used Robert Ellis to sell our old home and buy our dream home and they were brilliant. “From the moment Mark walk through our door we get completely reassured we had a partner who would listen to our needs and guide us through a process we had little experience of. The support team in the office (Dawn for us), was superb and within a week professional photos were in the website resulting an accepted offer within 2 months! Mark was also handling our purchase, which was a tricky one, extremely well, managing our expectations and guiding us through the hurdles and events leading us to the purchase of the house of our dreams. Mark and Dawn were professional, friendly, great communications and defiantly the right choice for us!”
