“We would like to thank Helen at the Beeston branch for all her help and hard work at finally getting us into our new home . It was a worrying time moving house while partly still in lockdown but Helen pushed for it to go ahead and kept everyone safe and informed of all that was going on . “There just isn't enough stars to appreciate how good Robert Ellis Staff at the Stapleford Branch are. Wendy West and Amy Sanderson have always done things over and above their daily job roll. When I was critically ill in hospital, both were concerned and constantly made contact with me to see if I was recovering ok, and if there was anything they could do to help me in my ill condition..... The whole team are very professional towards their care and assistance with all dealings. Any small repair jobs that needed attention, both Wendy & Amy didn't hesitate to get assistance to me quickly. The property I rented was "Top Class" and as with all Robert Ellis properties in very good, clean condition and a pleasure to live in.... I will be very sad to move on, as where I am going due to health problems won't be the same without the back-up of the Stapleford Rentals team. Highly recommended”

“Mark and his team in the Long Eaton office provided an excellent service from the start. The property was realistically priced and we received offers and Caroline negotiated the sale. We had regular feedback from viewings throughout. The chain was a little complicated, not helped by lock down, but Dawn worked tirelessly throughout to keep the sale moving and kept us fully informed of progress. She was always cheerful and hardworking despite the difficult circumstances. We would definitely use Robert Ellis again and can highly recommend them.”

“Robert Ellis (and in particular, Holly and Louise at the Long Eaton branch) went over and above expectations in the sale of my house. Despite the lockdown and the fact that we now live at the other end of the country, when the survey found work needed doing they stepped up to arrange for it to be done and took all the stress away. They kept us informed at every stage and when it seemed like the whole country had stopped working, they didn't. This is the second time they've sold a house for our family and their performance both times has been exemplary.”
