“We urgently needed to find a new rental property, and after going in to the stapleford branch and speaking to Abbie she left us feeling a lot more hopeful with three properties to view the next day. Wendy who showed us round was very helpful and professional in her role. Within a week of applying for a property, we have already been given the keys. Abbie and Wendy are a credit to Robert Ellis and have gone above and beyond how we expected to be treated. I would highly recommend going to the stapleford Robert Ellis branch for a rental property, we cannot thank Abbie and Wendy enough!”

“We were very strapped for time to rent a property, we called in the Beeston branch and the girls were very helpful in finding us viewings at short notice. We found the right property for us which happened to be under the Stapleford branch and since then we have been very well looked after and all paperwork and preparation went through very quickly. Support was always available and Abbie and Wendy have been brilliant so far. We are in the third week of our tenancy and have settled almost immediately thanks to the help of Robert Ellis. So a big thank you to all of the lettings agents in the Beeston and Stapleford offices!”

“I have been looking for property for a few weeks now so have had various phone conversations with agencies. I contacted the Robert Ellis stapleford branch and spoke to Abbie, straight away the customer service was 10/10 and this continued throughout our conversation. We narrowed down exactly what I was looking for in a property and I was then given numerous options that are perfect for me. All together I would highly recommend Robert Ellis to anyone. “We were very happy with the service we received from Robert Ellis. They were especially great when we had a problem tenant a few years ago and were worth every penny they charged us. Even though we're now selling the property they used to manage for us, I have found Nicky in the Long Eaton residential lettings office to be extremely helpful and friendly when I've asked for information and advice. Nothing has been too much trouble for her; it's lovely to know that Robert Ellis go that extra mile for former customers as well as existing customers.”

“I have been very impressed with Robert Ellis who have helped me get Mum's bungalow rented. They provided advice on what I needed to do to get the bungalow ready and helped to find tenants. “Harriet, the Office Manager in the Beeston Lettings Branch, and her colleagues, were extremely kind and very helpful to us when we were trying to find and arrange a rental in a couple of days after we travelled up from Taunton. It was all extremely stressful, so it was such a relief when Harriet stepped in and helped us with forms, identity checks etc. Since we have moved in Harriet and her colleagues have helped us with a few teething problems and have always been so pleasant, professional and efficient. Thank you :).”

“Abbie from the Stapleford office is absolutely brilliant. She was very patient in understanding my needs to start off with and subsequently had the flexibility in her approach to give me different options - all whilst being very professional. Unfortunately due to a personal problem I couldn't go ahead with the property, and even then Abbie was most understanding. “We have used Robert Ellis to manage rented properties in the Beeston area for over ten years. I am very pleased with the level of service that they have provided. The staff are friendly helpful and well informed. They have a good knowledge of the local area and a wide network of contacts to help with things like repairs, replacements and checks that need to be done when renting property. We have been very happy with the level of service over the years and I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone considering renting residential properties.”
