“Throughout the whole process of selling my house from deciding to sell to then putting it on the market and arranging viewings. Claire and Nathan have been amazing! They liaised with my tenant whilst he was still in the property, arranged surveys and additional checks when they was requested. Claire kept me updated throughout the process and was very patient when I became stressed about the sale. When Claire was on leave I was still kept updated and a good handover had taken place for the sale to proceed. Robert Ellis really do go the extra mile when my neighbour contacted them about the smoke alarms beeping as the property was vacant they went straight away to resolve this issue. I would never use any other estate agent and highly recommend Robert Ellis they really work as a team and support you every step of the way, nothing is too much bother for them and the experience and expertise they have really shows in the service they provide. Thank you so much for everything 😊 Lisa”

“To begin with I did not rate the service that Robert Ellis had given me. However my faith was restored when Dawn Stokes from the Long Eaton branch took over my case. She really is a wonderful lady. She went above and beyond to make my purchase happen.”

“Robert Ellis were acting as the estate agent on a sale where I was the purchaser. It was a leasehold purchase which involved multiple solicitors and a management company. Holly and Hannah at the Long Eaton branch have provided a brilliant service throughout, routinely chasing for updates from all parties and providing status reports regularly. In fact they are the only 2 people I have never had to chase for information. 5 star customer service!”

“We have had to move elderly parents, all of these was made less painful by the wonderful staff at LE. Emma, Charlotte and Holly have all done an amazing job. “We couldn't have asked for better estate agents! Joe was always on hand to help and never failed to get back to us. He was very professional throughout and helped us get our house on the market within two days so that we didn't miss out on our house. He personally came and took the photos to speed up the process. A huge thank you also goes to Helen who constantly chased our solicitors and kept the whole chain informed throughout the process, ensuring that we completed on the day we agreed. You are both a credit to a profession that often gets a lot of negative press - thank you for everything!”

“A pleasure dealing with Mark and Dawn. Easy and simple to progress from initial discussion to the brochure, marketing and viewings, all handled by Mark himself. Excellent and professional photos from Charlotte all add up to a very polished brochure. Helpful during the sales process and supportive up to completion.
