“I was extremely impressed by the service from Robert Ellis of Beeston and in particular Marie who always worked very hard to keep the process moving forward and to keep me updated. Robert Ellis were not actually my estate agents, they were the agents of my house purchaser. I would definitely recommend and I would look to use the in the future. Big thanks to Marie.”

“Right from the start Cassie, Sabrina and the team at Robert Ellis, Beeston were friendly, caring and professional. “Helen and Cassie were great on a difficult sale, which took 6 months to close, despite the property "selling" in a couple of weeks when first put on the market. Great with keeping me up to date, but the process was so slow with each step taking a week or more to complete, not Robert Ellis' fault per say but was an overly long process.”

“Throughout the whole process of selling my house from deciding to sell to then putting it on the market and arranging viewings. Claire and Nathan have been amazing! They liaised with my tenant whilst he was still in the property, arranged surveys and additional checks when they was requested. Claire kept me updated throughout the process and was very patient when I became stressed about the sale. When Claire was on leave I was still kept updated and a good handover had taken place for the sale to proceed. Robert Ellis really do go the extra mile when my neighbour contacted them about the smoke alarms beeping as the property was vacant they went straight away to resolve this issue. I would never use any other estate agent and highly recommend Robert Ellis they really work as a team and support you every step of the way, nothing is too much bother for them and the experience and expertise they have really shows in the service they provide. Thank you so much for everything 😊 Lisa”

“Robert Ellis were acting as the estate agent on a sale where I was the purchaser. It was a leasehold purchase which involved multiple solicitors and a management company. Holly and Hannah at the Long Eaton branch have provided a brilliant service throughout, routinely chasing for updates from all parties and providing status reports regularly. In fact they are the only 2 people I have never had to chase for information. 5 star customer service!”

“We have had to move elderly parents, all of these was made less painful by the wonderful staff at LE. Emma, Charlotte and Holly have all done an amazing job. Holly has progressed the sale through to its final stage with care and determination in what might of been disaster. Thanks very much to you all xx”
