“As a conveyancer I have worked with Robert Ellis for over 20 years and the service has always been excellent. They have always provided up to date information and we have worked as a team in the conveyancing transaction very well. All staff are local and therefore they can provide an excellent scope to the area clients are purchasing in providing an excellent service throughout.”

“Worked well with our family both locally and remotely for a smooth sale of our family home as part of our parents estate settlement. very understanding of the circumstances and helped with support on the entire process and knowledge of the local property market. “Phil and Tom discussed market values and we agreed on a slightly higher figure , and accepted an offer of the original suggested figure .3 viewings on the day that the property advertised in Beeston shop and of those 2 made firm offers. Once accepted all ran smoothly and completed within a few weeks to everyones satisfaction.”

“Robert Ellis were very accommodating in the initial stages when we decided to put our house in the market. We didn't have much time to get things sorted. We made an appointment for them to value the house and within 24 hours we had had the valuation, had photos taken, approved the description proof and the house was up on their website and rightmove. Marie in the Beeston branch then took over as our point of contact. She was fantastic and extremely efficient. Marie kept us well updated on any progress with viewings and feedback from clients. Once we had accepted an offer on the property her work still didn't stop ... Marie acted as the contact between ourselves and the buyer as we decided on extra fixtures and fittings we were willing to sell. We felt in safe hands with Robert Ellis and they were proactive in promoting and selling our property. Thank you very much to all the team involved, especially Marie!”

“Buying or Selling a house a house is really stressful ! but when something goes wrong or there is an issue, you or reliant on the estate agent to help you. The team at Robert Ellis have been excellent in helping to resolve issues that arose during my buying process. Their service is friendly and most importantly fair to both sides. They have also provided a list of local tradespersons which is a useful starting point with my renovation project.”

“This is not the first time I've bought & sold my property through Robert Ellis & the reason I keep returning to them is they are friendly, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and get the job done. My property was sold subject to contract within 2 weeks at a price that exceeded my expectations. The property I bought was not so easy but never once did the team at Robert Ellis give up and continued to negotiate the best possible deal for me. Perservance and patience on their part paid off & I'm settled in the property I wanted. The team always go that extra mile & help make a stressful process an enjoyable one. “We found Robert Ellis very helpful (this being our first house sale) right from the beginning when Tom came to value the house and then after when we mostly dealt with Melanie. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to and explained things really well. We would and have already recommended Robert Ellis to other people we have spoken to, some of whom are not happy with their selling agent. Overall our experience with Robert Ellis was EXCELLENT.”
