“A few years ago we sold our house through Robert Ellis (Beeston) and Melanie Bramley was our sales negotiator. We were so impressed with the way Melanie handled matters that when it came to selling again we had no hesitation in choosing Robert Ellis and requesting Melanie deal with the sale. We found Melanie friendly, helpful and very professional . She continually kept us updated on how the sale was progressing, nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with the service given and would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Ellis and Melanie.”

“I would rate Robert Ellis as excellent. Beth was always ready to help nothing was too much trouble, she was on hand to answer every question. Very professional & caring she went above & beyond for us. Lovely to deal with did not have to chase at all an excellent member of the team. “We did a sale and purchase through Robert Ellis and from the start Holly Torr from long eaton was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and she was on hand to answer every question (all 5000 f them) that i had! Even the day after we moved into our dream home, Holly called to see how it had gone and wish us well! So professional and caring from start to finish! We can’t thank you enough for making the service as smooth and easy as possible from start to finish!”

“Fantastic service received from both Claire Greensmith and Paul Sweeney at the Stapleford branch. Paul came out to value our property the same day that we made the call, they valued it at exactly where we wanted it to be and within days it sold! The sale went through smoothly and Claire kept us up to date with the progress. We would definitely recommend Robert Ellis to anyone looking to sell their property.”
