“The staff at the Long Eaton branch during my property sale, was professional understanding and very helpful throughout my sale. They keep you informed on the progress from start to finish. I could not ask for more from a well stablished estate agent in my local area. Well done to all of the staff.”

“Robert Ellis provided a great service selling our property, particularly in still providing a top service during Covid restrictions. Staff were always friendly and courteous and kept us up to date with feedback following viewings. Dawn was exceptional when it came to our sale, guiding us, reassuring and chasing progress. I never had to wait long for any calls to be returned or emails answered. Our exchange and completion did not run smoothly but Dawn was always supportive following up in any way she could. I would highly recommend Robert Ellis.”

“What can I say, the professionalism, service, knowledge and all round can do attitude has been second to none. It started with an excellent first impression when we first met Nathan. His valuation was honest and fair and immediately we knew we were in good hands. We were then handed over to Beth and like Nathan she was outstanding. We sold the house on behalf of my parents who have moved into a Care Home after approx 55 years in their home.. Both Nathan and Beth were respectful and sensitive to our situation. They did everything they could to assist especially as I live miles away and we’re in the middle of a pandemic! I 100% recommend Robert Ellis, they have been amazing. Thank you so much.”

“From start to finish it was smooth and a pleasurable experience with Robert Ellis and I would highly recommend them for any future house sales or purchases in our area. The initial contact through Mark was professional, flexible and tailored to our personal requirements in a testing sale and purchase. Dawn was allocated to be our lead contact and again was professional, courteous and very timely with all the information supplied to us. Everything was followed up without a moments hesitation all our questions and responses went without a hitch in what was a very testing time. Credit has to go to Mark, Dawn and the rest of the Ellis team who made this a very easy process for us. We also had fantastic support from Martin & Tara on the financial side of the transactions which also went very smoothly under the current circumstances. Overall highly recommended and doing a fantastic job. Well done.”

“Robert Ellis were very professional in everything they have done to assist with the sale of my property, they always gave calm professional advice and were constructive in there advice on ways to increase potential buyers to view our property. The staff at the Branch were all very polite and helpful and always dealt quickly with any situation that arose, they were very quick at responding to any queries or with advice i requested including getting feedback from viewings. I must say a big thank you to Courtney Ellerslie who was my main contact as she was always on hand with professional advice and was always very upbeat and positive.
