“Robert Ellis were very professional in everything they have done to assist with the sale of my property, they always gave calm professional advice and were constructive in there advice on ways to increase potential buyers to view our property. The staff at the Branch were all very polite and helpful and always dealt quickly with any situation that arose, they were very quick at responding to any queries or with advice i requested including getting feedback from viewings. I must say a big thank you to Courtney Ellerslie who was my main contact as she was always on hand with professional advice and was always very upbeat and positive. “I was thoroughly delighted with the service I received. The estate agent came out in person to assess the house for sale, which some agents have not done lately, because of COVID. This personal touch meant he could answer questions, we could weigh up the alternatives and he was able to present a more accurate description of the house. Our sales representative, Marie, was enthusiastic and kept us up to date at every stage of the process, chasing up issues and questions that had not been answered. She worked extremely hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for excellent service.”

“Would highly recommend and was very pleased with the level of service received. From the first initial meetings with Mark through to Dawn ensuring that the sale progressed smoothly, communication was excellent and very personable. “Emma was extremely friendly and helpful when valuing our house and gave us excellent advice on how best to market it. We also found Courtney extremely helpful and efficient in keeping us up to date. At the end when things seemed to be moving slowly she was able to cut through the 'red tape' and advise us on exactly what was happening which really helped to minimise the stress.”
