“Very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. We were always kept informed of any progress with the sale of our father’s home. Lorraine and the team researched house clearance costs, found someone to maintain the garden for us until the property was sold. They were always friendly and helpful. What an excellent estate agent! I would highly recommend them to support you in the sale of your home.”

“Excellent service from Stapleford branch. All staff looked after the sale of my house but a special mention to Nathan,valuer and Beth who was amazing in dealing with a somewhat difficult buyer. Great job team. Will not hesitate to use again. Only point to make is if you want to avoid costs for recommending a conveyancer then arrange your own as this was not mentioned. Every penny counts!!”

“Beth was a great help with buying our first home. We didn’t have the easiest of purchases, though no fault of Robert Ellis, and Beth kept in touch throughout the whole process and was always happy to help. “We were incredibly lucky to have 3 houses in the sale all sold through Robert Ellis. It was so easy working with Robert Ellis, from the first visit/photographs to the sale of our house. Marketing was outstanding and we sold in a day. Our agent, Joely Golding was so helpful. She kept us informed all the way and also phoned around the other branches to speak to the other agents to get things moving with their clients. When there were hold ups, having a quick chat to her always cheered me up especially as I knew she would work extremely hard to sort it. Thank you Joely and Robert Ellis, Long Eaton.”

“Joely Golding was extremely helpful right through process from May till November and essentially managing a 10 vendor chain from top to bottom. She split the chain with our vendor enabling two separate completion dates meaning monies were transferred prior to our completion enabling a swift moving day, like no other!”

“It is difficult to know which estate agent to choose when selling your house but we are so pleased we went with Robert Ellis. Lauren assessed the property and made the process extremely simple when giving us a quote and valuation. She was also confident that we would sell the property and explained the target market. The property was photographed and listed within days with the team taking some fantastic photos. The updates and regular contact from Megan was also great, she was very helpful and attentive with any queries and support we needed. Someone that really understands their customers needs and requirements. I would definitely choose Robert Ellis again and have recommended to all family and friends. Thank you Lauren and Megan for your making the process for comforting. 5 well deserved stars.”
