Holly was consistently on the ball thoroughout our house sale, communicating with ourselves and the buyers aswell as both solicitors in what was a complicated transaction. Can’t thank you and the Robert Ellis team enough!

Mark Philpott acted as my agent on the sale of my property, Collis House, Draycott. We were extremely happy with his service, time spent and attention given, he couldn't do enough for us. Even out of business hours was still contactable and kept us up to date with all dealings, nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to a great team at Robert Ellis. Highly Recommended.

I must say a Big Thankyou to Wendy at the Stapleford office!!. Just recently I had no heating for some days, and boy it was cold, After contacting the Wendy an Heating Engineer called the following day and repaired the fault. For me that's good Customer Care. Many Thanks Regards Trevor.

I haven't completed with Robert Ellis but so far, the handling with Nicole has been smashing. She fulfils what she promises, always returning calls and following up on any questions that we have. The office follow up any appointments with a confirmation text. All in all, a very professional and thorough service from Nicole and her team.

We have recently just moved into a rented property with Robert Ellis through the help of Jane Reid. Jane responds to queries quickly and thoroughly in a professional but friendly manner. Despite us having some teething problems with the property Jane has managed to solve and sort all these issues for us in a timely fashion. I also appreciate that she has answered all of my slightly daft questions and explained everything thoroughly for me! Many thanks for all your help Jane - credit where credit is due!

Recently, the new gas heating system has been installed at the flat I’m renting with Robert Ellis, and this is to say thank you very much as the flat is now nicely warm and cosy. Thank you to Guy Hall for explaining all the stages of installation work, personally overseeing this and looking after the tenant’s well-being with true commitment and professionalism. A thank you also goes to Andy Taylor, a gas engineer, and to his team, for doing all the work brilliantly, neatly and with practically no disruption to the tenant's daily life. Good job – a very reliable and professional service from both Robert Ellis and the gas installing company.

Deanna Hall. KEEP HER! We have been asking repeatedly for someone to get the central heating sorted, holes in the ceiling above the shower ( leaving the downdraught of a hovercraft). No-one seemed to be doing much ( much? nothing) 3 months, 4? Nothing doing until Deanna came on the scene. (Wonder if she wears a cape?) and immediately started things moving by arranging a call and visit from a plumber and apologies from Hedgehog something or other apologised for the months of delay and a promise to make right in the bathroom. I don't know what the outcome will be but I think that maybe, this lady has definitely something about her.

I viewed and filled in a application for a property and I was exchanging emails with a lady called Abbie Murphy. She was great help, gave me fast and straight to the point responses and I felt really comfortable asking her anything I was unsure of as she was very kind and helpful. I unfortunately had to withdraw my application due to personal reasons and she was very reassuring that it was fine and if I wanted to look for any properties again to email her. This made me feel confident to use Robert Ellis again and also email Abbie back when I do want ro start searching again.

Really happy with the customer service from Amy in the branch as we've shared correspondence in organising viewing and going through our letting application. Viewing carried out by a nice bloke called Joe. He was very professional and on hand to answer all of our questions. Al in all a very pleasant experience.

Melanie at the Beeston branch was fantastic. Communication was first rate. I was always kept informed of any changes by email or telephone as required. If Melanie was not available a message left with another colleague always resulted in a return call. Any questions were answered in full. The service provided was five star. And as I was selling the house at a distance made easier by the information, help and advice provided by Melanie. Thank you

Friendly service great help and our senior valuer Nicole beatles was brilliant she knows her market and understands what the client wants. Highly recommended her. All the staff at Roberts Ellis sales office so easy to talk to and very friendly. They also have a great mortgage and financial adviser Tim who is a straight talking kinda guy very honest.
