“Holly at Robert Ellis made buying my first home so straightforward and reassuring. She was always on the end of a phone to help with any silly question and liaised with the building company on my behalf so nothing was ever too much of an ask. All of the samples available to choose for my new home we’re all on display in Robert Ellis which were so helpful with my decision making.”

“Helen Roberts has been exceptionally helpful throughout this sale, however the same cannot be said for someone called Philip who phoned me suggesting that I lower the selling price considerably in order to hasten the property sale. This undermined my confidence in the company. Nevertheless, this did not detract from the excellent service that I received from Helen Roberts, who has been professional throughout.”
