“We all know that buying a house is never going to be easy. I was told from day one the obstacles I would face and how difficult the whole process would be. I am so thankful that Robert Ellis were the estate agent that I dealt with. From day one, Robert Ellis made the whole process as easy as they could. They were always accessible and knowledgable about my case. Whenever I phoned them, they spoke to me. On the odd occasion they couldn’t, they got back to me within the hour. My experience with them as a company was incredibly impressive but the personal touch I got from them, most notably Holly Torr who dealt with my sale was what impressed me the most. Holly was always accessible, friendly, enthusiastic but most importantly, she cared. Anyone going through this process will experience stress and anxiety so there is a risk that you might get an agent who just goes through the motions. Holly was always helpful, empathetic and available throughout the whole process. We all know that Estate Agents don’t have the best reputation so I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful Holly made the whole process We all know that buying a house is never going to be easy. “Would I recommend Robert Ellis Estate Agents, without a shadow of a doubt. From the initial meeting/valuation with Mark Philpott, to the promotional pictures (which were outstanding), the excellent property description details, to the number of initial viewings which led to our property being sold within 24 hours of it being put on the market, the customer service we have received from Robert Ellis has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish. The process of selling a property can be stressful at times, but our Sales Negotiator, Caroline Dunn made the process a breeze. From keeping us updated on the sale of our property and the purchase of our next property on a weekly basis, to liaising with all parties concerned, buyers, sellers and Solicitors right to the very end, Caroline made the process stress free.
