“We have used Robert Ellis three times now for buying and selling and each time the process has been marvellous. They have kept us informed at all times of what is happening as the sale and purchase progresses. They will go the extra mile for you and really care about you as an individual. We have been waiting for our new property for a very long time and the day is finally here! So thank you to all of the staff at Stapleford Branch, especially Claire who has worked so hard to get us to this point. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them in the future if we ever move again.”

“From start to finish Robert Ellis were the epitome of professionalism. From Mark to all the staff and especially Dawn Stokes the service felt like you were the only customer, and that is something that makes a difference. Having been involved with the sale of two houses in to one I have seen how the different estate agents deal with the situation and my sale was smooth, down to Dawn and the team. Thank you.”

“I've done a lot of viewings with Robert Ellis estate agents and unlike other agents, they were always on time, always had the keys, always professional and always had lots of other viewers. So when time came to sell a property, I knew straight away I was gonna use them for the sale. Delivered as expected, in time, fast and professional. Kudos to Melanie as she's always the first one to greet you at the Office and she knows her job and does it well.”

“I dealt with Debbie Marlow at the Stapelford branch. Debbie is very polite and friendly, she is also extremely professional and efficient. Any questions or problems were very quickly dealt with. Debbie clearly has a good concept of good customer service as I always felt that I was her priority.”

“We would like to express our thanks to all the team at Robert Ellis Stapleford branch especially Nathan and Beth who gave us expert help and guidance throughout the whole selling process. I have to note that Robert Ellis were not our first choice as we decided to sell the property with an online agent, however Nathen always kept in contact with us and when we realised, we had made a mistake Nathen and the team were there to put us back on track. With the property now sold, its time to say a big Thank You and would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Ellis.”

“I would like to express my thanks to all the team at Robert Ellis Stapleford branch. With a special mention to Nathan who came and gave advice and expert guidance on the selling and buying process. This was especially important to us as this was first time in 41 years we were selling, how things have changed! During the process the team at Stapleford were on the ball and up to speed as soon as we hit the market. “A massive thank you to everyone at Robert Ellis, Long Eaton for all their help in the sale of my parents' house over the last couple of months, with a special mention for Louise Redfern-Wagg and Neill Millward for their caring, down-to-earth approach, good humour and for keeping me in the loop! Thanks guys! Oh yes, and they got me a whopping £30K more than other local estate agents even suggested possible. I've sold a few houses in my time, but this was a breeze.”
