“Mark sold my first property back in June having done 26 viewings! We then had a change of circumstances which meant we had to abandon this sale. Mark was extremely professional and understanding despite him having spent a good deal of time on this sale. His professionalism led us to ask him to sell the other property ( Mickleover Manor) once again, Mark sold this. I have quite an extensive experience of local estate agents and Robert Ellis have surpassed all expectations”

“We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Robert Ellis during the sale of our house. The team know the local area inside out and put this knowledge to great use during the valuation stage of the process. Oli who took the photos and Lauren who managed our sale were both incredibly knowledgeable and supported us every step of the way. We were blown away by the speed and attentiveness of the team, with our house being on the market within days of initial meeting. Robert Ellis' use of all major websites and social media etc resulted in us being inundated with viewings and in the end selling our house extremely quickly. Throughout this Lauren and the various other members of the RE team, kept us constantly in the loop and up to date with everything going on. We couldn't have felt more reassured and confident in the team throughout, not to mention the fact that they're all a genuine pleasure to deal with. The teams expertise, drive and overall approach to selling homes is genuine, honest and friendly- what more could you want?”

“Nothing to complain about whatsoever with the service. As a buyer I dealt with the same person (Karianne) throughout the transaction which was great and she was always friendly, helpful and up to date with information on what was going on. Also got a gift box from the agent upon completing which was a nice touch”

“Very pleased with Robert Ellis’ performance all in connection with our house sale. They provided a friendly, personal service and were always available to help. “Would like to say how pleased we were with Robert Ellis of Arnold when selling our property, and particularly the young lady dealing with us, Lauren Bennett, the whole staff in fact were superb, and the property was sold within a week of the Sale Board going up, Lauren telephoned us every morning to keep us in the picture to say how things were progressing. We could definitely recommend them, and if the time comes that if ever we need them again, we will certainly do so, can't praise them enough.”

“Once the sale was agreed Holly was very good in pushing both solicitors to conclude the exchange and completion. She leaised with me continually throughout and balanced the buyers changing demands and the solicitors shortfalls very well until we all got what we wanted. “I recently used Robert Ellis to sell my house and could not be more happy with the service I received. It was not a straight forward sale as the whole process took nearly a year, as well as me living away from the area, but Karianne was absolutely brilliant throughout. She regularly touched base with me, gave me helpful advice, and just made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis or use them again.”

“Nicole at Robert Ellis has gone the extra mile through the house moving procedures.If it wasn't for Nicole chasing solicitors and other estate agents/ sellers & buyers in the chain I don't think we would have been able to move before the Stamp Duty holiday ended. Robert Ellis estate agents is lucky to have her as part of the team as she is so professional, compassionate, caring and gets the job done!! It can't be easy dealing with stressed out customers/clients!! Well done Nicole and a Big Thank you to you!!”
