“If you are going to sell your property do not think about going with any other estate agent. Robert Ellis provide an outstanding service from start to finish. The valuation was not a sales ploy to get business it was based on their local knowledge. Their professionalism and ability to go above and beyond is what sets them apart form other agents. I was unfortunate to have a buyer pull out late in the process but Helen at the Beeston branch stepped up and marketed my property immediately and we had another buyer within days. She chased solicitors and constantly pulled what was a long chain together and made the process run smoothly. They were very prompt in responding to any queries or correspondence. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend to family and friends. 5 star service.”

“ROBERT ELLIS WERE EXCELLENT WITH REGARD TO THE SALE OF OUR HOUSE. AFTER AN INITIAL MEETING IN EARLY JUNE THE HOUSE WAS MARKETED WITHIN A WEEK, VIEWINGS ARRANGED QUICKLY AND AN OFFER ACCEPTED IN SEPTEMBER WITH COMPLETION TAKING PLACE AT THE END OF OCTOBER. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PROACTIVE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. SPECIAL MENTION GOES TO DAWN STOKES, WHO WAS OUR MAIN CONTACT DURING THE SALE, AND WHO WAS BRILLIANT THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. “Mark sold my first property back in June having done 26 viewings! We then had a change of circumstances which meant we had to abandon this sale. Mark was extremely professional and understanding despite him having spent a good deal of time on this sale. His professionalism led us to ask him to sell the other property ( Mickleover Manor) once again, Mark sold this. I have quite an extensive experience of local estate agents and Robert Ellis have surpassed all expectations”

“We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Robert Ellis during the sale of our house. The team know the local area inside out and put this knowledge to great use during the valuation stage of the process. Oli who took the photos and Lauren who managed our sale were both incredibly knowledgeable and supported us every step of the way. We were blown away by the speed and attentiveness of the team, with our house being on the market within days of initial meeting. Robert Ellis' use of all major websites and social media etc resulted in us being inundated with viewings and in the end selling our house extremely quickly. Throughout this Lauren and the various other members of the RE team, kept us constantly in the loop and up to date with everything going on. We couldn't have felt more reassured and confident in the team throughout, not to mention the fact that they're all a genuine pleasure to deal with. The teams expertise, drive and overall approach to selling homes is genuine, honest and friendly- what more could you want?”
