“Throughout the sale of our property we were dealing with Louise Wagg, the whole way through she supported us and kept us informed of every update along the way. We did get buyer quite fast at first but unfortunately due to the market getting worse they buyer did pull out and we had to put it back up on the market, which resulted in us losing the house we had offered on. In this time we found out we were having a baby! Through this hard time Louise did everything should could. We finally did sell our house and brought a new one just in time. Louise was absolutely wonderful during all of this, altough a lot of it was out of her hands she still took it as her responsibility and you can tell she really cared for our situation and wanted to help as much as she could. Couldn't thank her more”

“The 3rd property I have sold through Robert Ellis down the years , was a simple decision to get in touch with Mark Philpott when I wanted to sell again , nothing is ever to much trouble for him , from initial point of contact & throughout the selling process , such an easy going top guy! Dawn in the office was also a pleasure to deal with , always happy to answer any questions & liaise with on the telephone & would keep me updated with any developments. Would not hesitate to use Robert Ellis again.”
