“A big 5 Stats thanks to the team at Robert Ellis Long Eaton for dealing with what was a difficult sale at times. In particular a special mention to Louise in the office who was happy to deal with any questions and queries and most importantly chase up all parties concerned, she was the bridge between everyone and did a great job plate spinning and getting the sale over the line ! So big shout out to her for her work and professionalism. Also thanks to Luke who handled the initial sale and valuation and again delivered a top service. Would highly recommend these guys if your selling locally especially as I had tried other agents before hand with that we’re definitely not the same level!”

“What can I say, they literally saved the day! We originally engaged Purple Bricks but after a month we’d had zero visits or interest. We were starting to think we wouldn’t sell the house. [insert sad tense music] Enter Robert Ellis and Lauren, Megan and the team! In the space of a couple of weeks we had accepted an offer. We were so pleased we engaged them on a second property we were sell and had an offer on that very quickly. We are due to complete on two properties tomorrow and couldn’t be happier. We were really worried that we weren’t going to be able to relocate, but thanks entirely to the efforts of the team we’re on our way. We can’t recommend the team enough. I’m only said we’re moving out of town so we can’t use their services again. To the Robert Ellis team: have you thought about setting up shop in Brighton? :-)”

“I would give Robert Ellis a 5 star rating. We were selling a house at a very difficult time for our family and due to illness the process was not as straight forward as we might have hoped, however throughout, Robert Ellis staff and Helen Roberts in particular were supportive and professional, always available to offer advise when it was needed and liase speedily and efficiently between ourselves and the buyers. We as a family are very grateful to Helen for navigating us through the whole process. I wouldn't hesistate in recommending Robert Ellis.”

“I have had previous experiences dealing with this company for over 20 years, I have always found them to be courteous, approachable and always prepared to help in any way they can from the managing director Paul Sweeney to those of junior level. My most recent sale was managed by the office manager Claire Greensmith who kept me informed throughout. In my opinion a quality service by a quality company”
