“Good overall service had a few problems getting feedback From the viewings due to the system they use for empty properties Emma soon stepped in and made sure we were Kept updated directly from the sales office.”

“Emma Caves was amazing! We had a long complicated chain and lockdown was implemented. However, Emma kept me fully in the loop even though she was working from home. We managed to get everything in place so when the government said we could move we were ready! Brilliant service!”

“Buying a new house was a very long process due to long chain we were in, and beyond any doubts we were really lucky we've chosen Robert Ellis Beeston. Nice and helpful staff, quick and professional service on the level you expect. Special thanks to Helen Roberts who kept an eye on all aspects walking us through selling/buying process and kept us sane all the time. we do highly recommend Robert Ellis!”

“I've just sold my 1st development property in Stapleford. I was given fantastic support by the Robert Ellis team in Stapleford. In particular Beth Mcgill one of the sales negotiators, who was always available and supportive. During lockdown she was still available and was assisted admirably by Debbie.”

“I have been very happy with the service and support provided by the team at Robert Ellis in Stapleford while I was having to deal with the sale of my mum's property after she went into care. All contact from initial valuation to exchange of contracts has been professional yet sensitive, especially given the additional complications of the lockdown period. Debbie has kept in touch and has been efficient, proactive and approachable throughout this extended process. Excellent service - thank you.”

“Robert Ellis have been amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Sam was great at explaining everything and assisting us when we started and needed some guidance. Marie was in constant contact with us to keep us updated with everything going on and made lots of effort to make sure we were happy and knew what was happening. The whole team were so polite and friendly throughout and we really felt that they cared. We highly recommend them!”

“We can't praise Marie at Robert Ellis Beeston highly enough. She's supported us every step of the way through the uncertainties of selling a house during lock-down, making sure that we were always kept informed and that everything progressed as far as it could in the difficult circumstances. If we could give her six stars out of five, we would! Robert Ellis's service was worth every penny. We'd considered going for an online-only agent, but we're so glad that we paid the little extra for the full service. Highly recommended.”

“Very professional. Did what they said they would do. Offered extras such as other providers related to selling and moving. Using common sense to overcome any process hiccups and being patient with relentless questioning from the seller. Good trained staff. Always want cost to be cheaper but in my case they earned their money.”
