“Debbie Marlow at Stapleford was an absolute rock during the sale of my house. What should have been a straightforward chain became somewhat fraught. Debbie kept it all together and was just brilliant.”

“Mark and his team in the Long Eaton office provided an excellent service from the start. The property was realistically priced and we received offers and Caroline negotiated the sale. We had regular feedback from viewings throughout. The chain was a little complicated, not helped by lock down, but Dawn worked tirelessly throughout to keep the sale moving and kept us fully informed of progress. She was always cheerful and hardworking despite the difficult circumstances. We would definitely use Robert Ellis again and can highly recommend them.”

“Robert Ellis (and in particular, Holly and Louise at the Long Eaton branch) went over and above expectations in the sale of my house. Despite the lockdown and the fact that we now live at the other end of the country, when the survey found work needed doing they stepped up to arrange for it to be done and took all the stress away. They kept us informed at every stage and when it seemed like the whole country had stopped working, they didn't. This is the second time they've sold a house for our family and their performance both times has been exemplary.”

“Emma Caves was amazing! We had a long complicated chain and lockdown was implemented. However, Emma kept me fully in the loop even though she was working from home. We managed to get everything in place so when the government said we could move we were ready! Brilliant service!”

“Buying a new house was a very long process due to long chain we were in, and beyond any doubts we were really lucky we've chosen Robert Ellis Beeston. Nice and helpful staff, quick and professional service on the level you expect. “I've just sold my 1st development property in Stapleford. I was given fantastic support by the Robert Ellis team in Stapleford. In particular Beth Mcgill one of the sales negotiators, who was always available and supportive. During lockdown she was still available and was assisted admirably by Debbie.”

“I have been very happy with the service and support provided by the team at Robert Ellis in Stapleford while I was having to deal with the sale of my mum's property after she went into care. All contact from initial valuation to exchange of contracts has been professional yet sensitive, especially given the additional complications of the lockdown period.
