“Robert Ellis were appointed to look after both the sale of our property and also the purchase of our new home. Claire, Helen and the rest of the team were fantastic. From start to finish the team guided us through the process and were always willing to help/advise. Made us both feel relaxed and well informed throughout the process. Would 100% recommend!!”

“We recently sold out property in Draycott through Robert Ellis and we would like to say how pleased we were with the way Mark and the team started by giving us a realistic valuation and when we placed our home on the market kept in touch all the way through to exchanging contracts and moving to our new home - which we also purchased through Robert Ellis. “I’m so pleased what Robert Ellis have done with me over the past few months - Dawn Stokes helped me find a property which needed upgrading and before I had completed the work Mark Philpott introduced a buyer who was looking for a new home in the Sawley area who proceeded to buy in record time ! “We worked closely with Robert Ellis on both the same of our house and the purchase of our new house. They were a massive help in both. Generally being the go-between whilst dealing with slow parties such as buyers and sellers solicitors. In particular, Marie Denham at Robert Ellis was a massive help. I'd generally turn to her to help when I was pulling my hair out and not sure what to do. She seemed able to help make anything and everything move along when all else failed. Hopefully I won't need to move house for a very long time but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Robert Ellis again.”
