“The team at Robert Ellis made my first experience of letting as a Landlord an absolute breeze, Wendy West of the Stapleford branch was supportive throughout and highly knowledgeable, everything was laid out for me, clearly making me aware of legal requirements and ensuring services to meet those legalities were offered and advised upon. I entered into the process with the intention of shopping around, but after dealing with Wendy and the Robert Ellis team I couldn't see why I needed to go anywhere else. Thank you”

“When I arrived at the property the electricity was not working and the house was dirty. Robert Ellis arranged foran electrician and a professional clean immediately.”

“We recently bought our first house through Robert Ellis in Long Eaton and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I'd particularly like to thank Holly who did a superb job! We also used their mortgage adviser James who did a fantastic job of explaining everything to us. Would highly recommend to anyone!”

“I have used the Beeston branch of Robert Ellis to take over the letting of my property and they have been excellent. I had very difficult tenants prior to using the Beeston Branch and they have been extremely helpful in finding new tenants and helped with many different aspects to ensure as much as possible that it was stress free. I would not hesitate in recommending the Beeston Branch as they have been excellent.”

“Having used Robert Ellis Estate Agents several times over the years and found them to be very helpful, this year we sold our house through the Stapleford office where we received excellent service from Paul, Claire and their staff, they all conducted themselves in a very professional manner always friendly and welcoming. We also bought our new property through the Long Eaton office. The Stapleford office liaised and kept us fully informed providing us with a faultless and trouble free exchange. Thank you Claire.”

“I have dealt with Robert Ellis, Stapleford Branch for some years now and both brought and sold several properties with them. i have found them a pleasure to deal with. All staff are friendly, do what they say and work hard throughout the sales process (which cant be said for ALL agents i have dealt with!). “I am a firm believer that it is individuals within a business and not so much the brand or product itself that defines the quality of service however the high level of service I received was consistent across the business. I will say however it was my dealings with a certain individual Hannah that really stood out. A true consulting approach, understanding what buyers look for in a property and making solid recommendations - as far as going through the whole process start to finish even when it was not her duty to do so. I felt with over 12 estate agents in a period of 6 months and 2 really impressed me but Robert Ellis being an out and out different class. Thank you”

“Marie worked tirelessly to get our sale completed. Her efforts went above and beyond our expectations. She never faulted despite an extremely trying chain which contained a couple of very unprofessional solicitors. She was always positive and very lovely. “We were very happy with the service given. All members of staff with whom we dealt were pleasant and helpful. We were conducting the greater part of our business from several hundred miles away which could have been difficult but we were always kept informed of progress and received every assistance in viewing etc. Thank you Robert Ellis and in particular Hannah and staff at the Long Eaton Branch.
