“We've had an amazing experience using Robert Ellis and all I have is praise for the company. Dawn has been exceptional and always had time to help us throughout our moving journey, I think we'd still be waiting for moving date if it wasn't for her. Holly was also a great help, expecially in the latter stages of the process and I can't thank them both enough. I would recommend their service to anyone.”

“Everyone I spoke to from start to finish was professional and friendly. Sadly my mother passed away during the sale of her flat but Marie, who looked after the sale, made the process as easy as possible with her empathy and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis.”

“Very pleased with how Robert Ellis have handled the sale of my property. The service from the start to finish of the sale has been brilliant. Great communication, was well informed throughout the whole process. All related questions and queries were always dealt with swiftly. A big thank you to the team and especially Holly Torr who I feel went well above and beyond to keep me and all involved informed and progressing the process tirelessly. When the time comes to sell and buy again I will look no further than Robert Ellis.”

“I cannot praise Holly Torr at long Eaton branch enough for going above and beyond on the recent sale of my property. It has been so stressful due to personal circumstance, yet Holly has been on hand 24/7 including her days off chasing enquiries and checking on my welfare!! She was extremely professional, helpful and more importantly kind! Holly kept ontop of things without me even having to pick up the phone and ask. I would never use anyone else other than Robert Ellis especially Holly. Thank you so so much for all you have done! You are a credit to Robert Ellis!”

“Robert Ellis were fantastic from start to finish. It was a difficult sale and they were then only “real” estate agent in the chain - the others were on-line no-fee agents. Courtney at Robert Ellis worked so hard to keep the chain together, dealing with endless calls from all different people throughout the chain as their estate agents weren’t forthcoming. Without her hard work we wouldn’t be in our fab new home. I can’t thank Courtney and Robert Ellis enough.”

“Moving home is a pain at the best of times, but it was made easier having Robert Ellis at the end of the phone. Holly Torr was our point of contact and worked hard to chase in information and keep us up to date on the move and I'd be more than happy to recommend them based on this. It's a stressful thing to do but they helped to make it less so!”

“Given the situation with the pandemic, Robert Ellis did an excellent job in finding a buyer for our house. We had a couple of issues with buyers pulling out but this was nothing to do with Robert Ellis and they re-marketed the house very quickly.”

“All the staff responded promptly which was important to us as our two daughters were handling the sale for us as we are stuck in Spain. They kept them up to date too. Mark Philpott was especially good at communicating call us in Spain to keep us up to date as things developed. I will recommend the company to anyone I know who is thinking of selling a house.”
