“Given the situation with the pandemic, Robert Ellis did an excellent job in finding a buyer for our house. We had a couple of issues with buyers pulling out but this was nothing to do with Robert Ellis and they re-marketed the house very quickly.”

“All the staff responded promptly which was important to us as our two daughters were handling the sale for us as we are stuck in Spain. They kept them up to date too. Mark Philpott was especially good at communicating call us in Spain to keep us up to date as things developed. I will recommend the company to anyone I know who is thinking of selling a house.”

“We all know that buying a house is never going to be easy. I was told from day one the obstacles I would face and how difficult the whole process would be. I am so thankful that Robert Ellis were the estate agent that I dealt with. From day one, Robert Ellis made the whole process as easy as they could. They were always accessible and knowledgable about my case. Whenever I phoned them, they spoke to me. On the odd occasion they couldn’t, they got back to me within the hour. My experience with them as a company was incredibly impressive but the personal touch I got from them, most notably Holly Torr who dealt with my sale was what impressed me the most. Holly was always accessible, friendly, enthusiastic but most importantly, she cared. Anyone going through this process will experience stress and anxiety so there is a risk that you might get an agent who just goes through the motions. Holly was always helpful, empathetic and available throughout the whole process. We all know that Estate Agents don’t have the best reputation so I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful Holly made the whole process We all know that buying a house is never going to be easy.
