“From the moment that one of Robert Ellis agents, Joely, took me under her wing I have felt extremely well looked after. She recommended a lawyer, a surveyor and a removal company - all of which have panned out well so far. She has tolerated my almost weekly visits to ask 'stupid' questions and seek reassurance. She and the other 'ladies' in the Long Eaton office have been a source of much needed positivity.”

“Robert Ellis recently helped us with the sale of our home. Within hours of calling, our for sale sign was up and our photos were booked in for 2 days time. Within around 10 days of it going online we had had I think 6 or so viewings and our home was officially sold. The whole process was incredibly efficient and the ladies at the office and who came to our home (Megan, Lauren & Sandra) absolutely lovely and made our first time selling a home so simple and straightforward. A special shout out to Sandra & Megan who had to put up with my incessant calling towards the end of our sale going through (we were eager to get to our new home haha!). Sandra was always happy to chase solicitors more than expected to, and helped us keep everything moving. We were in our new house just 8 weeks after going on the market which is a testament to their efficiency and being up for a challenge!! A big thank you to everyone at Robert Ellis Arnold☺️”

“From start to finish Robert Ellis have been extremely helpful! After many issues with the chain ever growing, Beth and her team were always calling to try and break it. With what felt like forever, she managed it somehow and we got to move into our first home. It was extremely convenient to move with Robert Ellis, we were able to sort our mortgage out with the wonderful Tom. The whole process was smooth, whilst it was a long process. Beth always kept me updated with what was happening. But the best call was to say pack up its happening!”
