“Viewed a property today in Longeaton. I was shown around by Nicole Beales and she was very professional, told me lots off facts and information about the property. Later that day I asked Nicole if me and my family could view again that night, she was very accommodating and arranged it after office hrs which was so nice off her. Loved the house and hopefully we will secure ownership.”

“Staff in rentals and accounts resolved a tricky situation (with a tenant who mysteriously stop paying rent) with speed, professionalism and sensitivity. Amazing service as always...worth every penny of the management fee. Also enabled a seamless transition between tenants at our other property without any loss of rent.”

“The whole process was handled in a very professional manner, with all queries resolved efficiently and quickly. Karianne was particularly helpful and treated us more as friends than clients.
