“From the moment Mark walk through our door we get completely reassured we had a partner who would listen to our needs and guide us through a process we had little experience of. The support team in the office (Dawn for us), was superb and within a week professional photos were in the website resulting an accepted offer within 2 months! Mark was also handling our purchase, which was a tricky one, extremely well, managing our expectations and guiding us through the hurdles and events leading us to the purchase of the house of our dreams. Mark and Dawn were professional, friendly, great communications and defiantly the right choice for us!”

Property sale agreement negotiated and agreed - subject to contract - very quickly with very smooth progression through exchange and completion. “I cannot fault Robert Ellis Estate agents and in particular would like to thank Beth. We had a particularly long and stressful time with our move but they kept us up to date with what was happening the whole way through and fought many a battle for us along the way. “We required a valuation of a property we own in Breaston, the team at Robert Ellis were very professional and helpful and Mark came out to value the property. The valuation that Mark gave was spot on and just what we required, they even produced an impressive looking brochure featuring the property on the front cover.
