“I recently sold a property through the Beeston branch. The team were professional and approachable from the very first contact. Being a local firm they know the local market very well. The valuer, Joe, was polite and listened to my aspirations and concerns. I was kept informed of viewings and offers by potential buyers. Melanie steered me through the whole process offering advice on solicitors and house clearance. I think they provide a very good value service and I would recommend the company to anyone who wants to take advantage of their local expertise.”

“Robert Ellis were simply brilliant in the sale of my property. It took longer than I’d hoped but this was due to a time-waster messing us around. When the initial sale fell through Louise, Holly and the team jumped into action, immediately re-marketing the house and quickly finding another buyer. Not only was this done within 48 hours but they actually found a cash buyer who paid slightly more than the original purchase price! The whole sale was then turned around within a matter of weeks. I really can’t fault them! Thank you!”

“We highly recommend Robert Ellis estate agents. Initially we went with another estate agent but within days the service fell short of expectations so we switched to Robert Ellis who we've used previously. They are brilliant and sold our property quickly at the right price. The service and communication was excellent and in particular Mark and Caroline took real care of the process and helped everything along the way. Thank you Mark, Caroline and the whole team!”

“Spoke over the phone regarding arranging visits. After being told a property we would have viewed had already arranged a sale with a price much higher than the selling price, I responded with no problem we would not have been offering more than the asking price, only to be told that 'well you don't know how much it went for do you?'. Extremely rude customer service and will not be delaying with Robert Ellis in the future.”

“Superb service! From the initial valuation through to sale completion, all of the staff were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. “I just recently completed my purchase via RE and was looked after by Dawn on what turned out to be a very challenging purchase. She was an absolute star throughout the 16 months I got to know her. She was empathetic and full of integrity. Despite the several knockbacks we had she was always there to help in any way she could. Dawn is an absolute asset to Robert Ellis, she became someone I trusted and someone who listened thoughtfully and respectfully throughout. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept going above and beyond what I expected. Thank you also to Caroline, who I also dealt with on Dawn's days off she was again super helpful, always well informed and kind.”

“From the outset, Robert Ellis were very efficient and had our property quickly on the market so that we could offer on our house. We sold within 24 hours and although the sale/purchase was fairly protracted, Caroline did an excellent job in communicating with me and pushing the other parties. If we had any queries, Caroline was quick to get to the bottom on any concerns or issues. She was great to work with. I would recommend Robert Ellis to anyone buying or selling - they're fantastic.”
