“We required a valuation of a property we own in Breaston, the team at Robert Ellis were very professional and helpful and Mark came out to value the property. The valuation that Mark gave was spot on and just what we required, they even produced an impressive looking brochure featuring the property on the front cover. We would definitely recommend Robert Ellis and Mark and all the team for a superb, professional and very helpful service! Thank you once again”

“Debbie provided us with updates and reassurance throughout the whole process of buying a house through Robert Ellis. Without her I doubt the sale would have gone through as it wasn’t plain sailing. Will definitely be using Robert Ellis and asking for Debbie if we move in the future! Would highly recommend!”

“A very positive experience again using Robert Ellis for both the sale and purchase of our property. We were kept informed through the process and despite some last minute curveballs thrown in (not by Robert Ellis!!) Holly at Long Eaton and Claire in Stapleford ensured we were able to complete on time and without any issues.”

“I recently sold a property through the Beeston branch. The team were professional and approachable from the very first contact. Being a local firm they know the local market very well. The valuer, Joe, was polite and listened to my aspirations and concerns. I was kept informed of viewings and offers by potential buyers. Melanie steered me through the whole process offering advice on solicitors and house clearance. I think they provide a very good value service and I would recommend the company to anyone who wants to take advantage of their local expertise.”

“Robert Ellis were simply brilliant in the sale of my property. It took longer than I’d hoped but this was due to a time-waster messing us around. When the initial sale fell through Louise, Holly and the team jumped into action, immediately re-marketing the house and quickly finding another buyer. Not only was this done within 48 hours but they actually found a cash buyer who paid slightly more than the original purchase price! The whole sale was then turned around within a matter of weeks. I really can’t fault them! Thank you!”
