“We represent the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of Risley Lower Grammar School, which is a small village school in Derbyshire. We are very grateful to Robert Ellis for the support they so kindly gave our PTA last year. Such support is vital on our fundraising journey and even more so to such a small school as ours if we are to be able to raise the funds required to be able to provide enrichment opportunities, resources and equipment for our wonderful pupils. “Hi. Since we first bought our new property from you, 3 Wharfedale Road, we have been very impressed with the level of customer service. The lady who initially showed us the house (sorry can’t remember the name) was very pleasant and Louise in the office from start to finish was excellent, very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful at all times. “The people at Robert Ellis were a great help making our first house purchase a reality. The house buying process is long and often tedious but Robert Ellis kept pushing the sale, giving us frequent updates and answering any questions! “I predominantly had Louise and Joley help me throughout our sale. Both were excellent! Joley always ensured I was updated on the progress of the sale and was always available to call, no matter what the time of day it was - i wasn’t made to feel like a bother even though I felt like one! Joley is friendly, easy to approach and always on the ball! She is a real asset to Robert Ellis. A massive thank you to both ladies for helping us through our journey”
