“Excellent service throughout from all the staff at the Long Eaton office handling our property sale, from valuation through to us handing the keys in. I must single out Louise for all her help and reassurance along the way. Just knowing she was a telephone call away greatly eased what can seem to be a very convoluted and fraught process at times. I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis to anybody. Thank you.”

“Selling property is an investment we all know about and given the chance to own your property, we all need a lot of help along the way, if buying or selling or both. All the staff have been great over these years, almost 15 yrs. The recent sale of my property wasn't as smooth as we would have liked but with persistent help, clear advice, and faultless and perfect all support when things just didn't seem to be going in the right direction, even stalled at one point, I have to say Robert Ellis would always be recommended from me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“This is the second time we have used Robert Ellis to sell our property using two different offices. On both occasions the service we received from the photographers to the office staff and valuers. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and cheerful when they contacted us. Mark Philpott was extremely helpful during the process of purchasing our new home, liasing with the the seller and encouraging the movement of the chain. And after completion with advice and contacts. Altogether the smoothest and least stressful of our last five moves. We would thank the whole team for their work and can thoroughly recommend Robert Ellis.”

“I’m most happy to recommend Robert Ellis Estate Agents. They kept me informed from start to finish, and worked well as a team, with updates relative to every viewing. I received professional recommendations about offers and plenty of support with purchaser queries. I received regular updates by telephone which made the process more personal. Mark Philpott, who handled my property, worked over and above what I expected on more than one occasion and was always working for me, rather than the purchaser, but never losing sight of the sale. Thank you to the whole team on a successful sale, concluded in a suitably short time frame.”

“I would like to commend the service provided by Robert Ellis for the sale of my commercial property! I think that the relationship carved by Mark Philpott was particularly noteworthy and aided the process enormously. It is particularly important to mention that he kept me fully informed of developments as soon as they occurred, was always willing to go the extra mile, and generally helped the process along to its very successful conclusion. There must be a great temptation in estate agency to engage in vendor pleasing, but Mark cannot be accused of that, for he was thoroughly balanced in approach, prepared to challenge when necessary, but also enormously accommodating as things unfolded. I have no hesitation, therefore, in warmly recommending Robert Ellis to you.”
