“Whilst we didn't sell our property through Robert Ellis in Long Eaton, we did buy a property being sold through them. I can honestly say they did everything possible to make the sale happen and Dawn in particular went above and beyond to support us during what became a rather drawn out chain, even though the hold ups were absolutely not caused by them at all. I won't be looking to move for a very long time, but if I was I would definitely be looking at Robert Ellis Long Eaton to handle my property.”

Emma was very professional with the advice, valuation, and initial marketing of the property, showing clear understanding and sympathy for our needs. Also, our sincere thanks to Courtney for the regular updates of viewings and for keeping us so well informed at every stage in the process of the resulting sale in a friendly, approachable and efficient manner. After having a poor experience with another Estate Agent, we have nothing but praise for “Robert Ellis”and would recommend them unreservedly.”

“After the recent death of my mum I contacted Robert Ellis in Long Eaton to help with the sale of her property. During what was a traumatic time, the team in the Long Eaton office were an absolute dream to work with. The pictures of mums property taken by Emma were stunning, and they made viewings easier for me by attending them themselves, saving me the heartache of going into the property after mum had gone. Courtney was brilliant, keeping me informed with what was happening with the sale at every opportunity, and always ready to answer any questions or queries I may have had. I can highly recommend the Long Eaton branch of Robert Ellis and would not hesitate to use them again. Keep up the good work!!”

“Robert Ellis provided a great service selling our property, particularly in still providing a top service during Covid restrictions. Staff were always friendly and courteous and kept us up to date with feedback following viewings. Dawn was exceptional when it came to our sale, guiding us, reassuring and chasing progress. I never had to wait long for any calls to be returned or emails answered. Our exchange and completion did not run smoothly but Dawn was always supportive following up in any way she could. I would highly recommend Robert Ellis.”
