“Many thanks to all at Robert Ellis Stapleford for helping us sell our house. Despite a few bumps in the road, the staff were always on hand to chase people up and find solutions. Thanks especially to Clare for being our go-to person and always being friendly and supportive. Finally, big thanks to Paul who was our initial point of contact with Robert Ellis. He was professional, knowledgeable but added a personal touch, remembering his valuation of our house and our situation. We are very grateful to you all and would 100% recommend anyone looking to sell use Robert Ellis.”

I called for advise without an appointment time and was made to feel valued and important whilst receiving some great advise which put my mind at rest, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robert Ellis for many reasons, but one of the main is their excellent customer service and friendly team members. “Robert Ellis would always be my go-to after having such a wonderful experience in letting our house and our new purchase. We had incredible service from everybody we dealt with but especially, Clare, Dawn, Holly, Hannah, Karianne, Emma & Martin. No phone call was too much trouble, even when there was numerous a day. I real heartfelt thank you to you all.”

“Without Martin we wouldn’t have been able to not only purchase our new family home, but we were able to keep on our old house and rent it out. Martin worked tirelessly and for every stumbling block, found a solution. I’d recommend him to anybody looking for advise and results! Thanks so much Martin!”

“We gave the property to find the tenant (shop) in Staplesford as the lease was coming to end in Mid November 2019. They were appointed 5 months for marketing and were very professional on the approach with the information on marketing and informed of every appointments that were made for the viewing of the site. Furthermore, they found the tenant in this period on asking slightly below asking original rent agreed they felt due to market condition a slight reduction was necessary and were correct on finding the tenant. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone to deal with thi company - Robert Ellis.”

“I used Robert Ellis recently to sell my home. Emma Cavers came round to do the valuation and list the property and everything from the minute she came round was done with the highest level of professionalism. Holly Torr was also fantastic booking viewings, chasing up feedback and contacting me throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend Robert Ellis enough and ALL the girls that work there were fantastic but special thanks to Emma and Holly xx”
