“The team have been great from the very beginning. The true to life descriptions and pictures of the property were appreciated, unlike some agents we had previously undertaken viewings with. A second viewing was kindly facilitated and our questions were promptly followed up. We were kept updated following our offer and throughout the completion process. Caroline was fantastic; open and honest, very professional and efficient. Thank you”

“Wonderful team to work with as always. Particular shout out to Wendy & Amy who really helped us move when our previous landlord returned to the property. With the market as it is today it was a bleak prospect but Amy & Wendy worked hard to find us a new home and it's perfect. No issues with our previous deposit, no hidden fees etc, just great people & a great agency - thanks!”

“Dealt with the sale of the property through the Long Eaton branch. The listing details and pictures were accurate and the viewings were held at the agreed dates and times. Dawn Stokes was our main point of contact throughout the sale and kept in touch to advise how each side was progressing with excellent communication leading to the sale completing within a timely manner. I found her to be professional from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use Robert Ellis again in the future.”

“From the start, they was very helpful and made the sale of my property at ease the whole way through. Neil was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a sale on our property.
