“I have been dealing with the letting department at the Stapleford Branch for several years and I have been impressed by the professionalism and consistently great service delivered by the team. “They made buying and selling our house so easy and in a very short period of time. I am a total control freak so hate not knowing what’s happening and Debbie Marlow kept me in the know the whole way through. Every question I threw at Debbie she responded 100% professionally and if she didn’t know the answer she would ring me back as soon as she did. Thank you for helping us. Mrs P”

“When I received the phone call that all the documents had been signed and exchanged after a very long time (no fault of the estate agents). Overall a very stressful period but at all times found Debbie Marlow and her team very professional and helpful and would definitely recommend Robert Ellis.”

“I am very pleased with the way Robert Ellis handled the sale of my house - from initial contact, valuation, photos, adverts and viewings it was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. Carrie-Anne kept us updated regularly and my queries were responded to promptly and clearly. I hadn't sold a property before and they explained everything comprehensively, giving helpful advice throughout. There's another house in the family which will be going on the market in 2019 - we'll be going back to Robert Ellis to sell that one too!”

“We put our house on the market with Robert Ellis and they sold it within two weeks. The team were quick and thorough in organising the particulars and viewings. Throughout the process we had great communication from Louise in particular. Whilst the team at Robert Ellis are all great Louise made so much effort to deal with any issues we had throughout the process she really made the difference in what is a very stressful time. Thanks Louise and the team at Robert Ellis. Highly recommended.”

“Finally, after a battle with our buyers solicitors our house is now sold! Caroline from the Long Eaton office has had to fight for us all the way through the sale but her determination, perseverance and professionalism paid off. “Where to start... Due to the contacts they had and an immediate email campaign of our house, we sold in two days! From getting a valuation and past exchanging contracts the staff at Robert Ellis were fantastic. Always friendly, polite and understanding when you speak to them. My direct contact was Debbie Marlow, and what an excellent asset she is to Robert Ellis, she explained the process as we went along, she never forgot to keep us in the loop, and she put us first when there were some complications, she alone was worth the money, let alone all the other friendly amazing staff. In short, don’t skimp by going the DIY route for selling your house, it’s really not worth it in the grand scheme of things, just use Robert Ellis!”
