“I would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Ellis to sell your property. They were exceptional throughout the whole process from the Initial valuation with Conor O'Neill who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The communication with regard to viewings and feedback was excellent and a special mention to Leah Warren who managed the process through to completion. Leah was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the whole process up to completion and was very empathetic with what was a very difficult sale of my deceased Mothers house.”

“Property on the market late 2023 & after several price reductions sold late April 2024. “We chose Robert Ellis after a very disappointing experience with Holden Copley. We found Robert Ellis went above & beyond, not just in the sale of our home but in their support at every stage of the process. There’s a reason they’ve been going as long as they have. We are particularly grateful to Caroline at the Long Eaton branch who was always at the end of the phone for good advice or a bit of a chat on the more stressful days. We definitely felt in safe, experienced hands.”

“We have been extremley impressed with the service we have recieved from Robert Ellis (Long Eaton). Mark was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining things as we havent moved in the last 20 years. Mark and Anita respected our wishes on how we wanted to market the house which was really important to us. Caroline was great when offers came in and supported us through the whole process. Any time we phoned and had interaction with any staff member they were personable, professional and provided a very high quality of Customer Service. Thank you so much for all you support in our move. We also recieved a very high quality of Customer Service when dealing with the Besston branch from the Assisted viewing team”

“I'm very pleased with the service provided by Mark Philpott and his team in selling my Dad's house. Mark was sensitive to and understanding of my Dad's needs. He was encouraging to me and patient. He maintained good contact with the other parties and their solicitors throughout the process. He also provided useful contacts for associated services. I found him very efficient and good to deal with. I'm grateful for the personal interest he took in my Dad's sale. He was my main point of contact but his team were also very friendly and helpful, so thanks to them also.”

“We purchased our first home through Robert Ellis and Beth at the Stapleford branch was our contact throughout the process. We felt welcomed and really appreciated every bit of advice and question that was answered. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained to us in depth and as first time buyers, we found this very reassuring. We want to say a massive thank you to Beth for making the process stress free and a lot easier than we imagined. Even when Beth wasn't available, her colleagues answered our queries and put us at ease. If we ever do buy plan to sell or look at another property we would definitely use Robert ellis and hopefully work with Beth again. 10/10!”
