“I had the pleasure in meeting joely when I started to sell my house, was very emotional at the time as it was something I was having to do rather than wanting to. She was lovely to me and I felt comfortable with her. She a bubbly warm lady who has kept me involved throughout the whole journey. Thank you Joely”

“We were so pleased with the service we received from Robert Ellis. In our initial meeting with Joe, he was friendly and approachable and clearly explained the process and options open to us. We thought that the fee was value for money as the support received throughout was excellent. The photographs and marketing material used were of a high quality and appealing and ensured that we had considerable interest and a buyer for our house in a short space of time. Throughout the process we had excellent support from Marie who guided us through the process, kept us fully updated and was always available to answer any queries we had and reassure us. We thought she was highly professional and was prepared to go above and beyond what we expected. For example, she provided recommendations for an excellent surveyor which greatly assisted us in the purchase of the property we wanted. She was especially good at giving us regular feedback and chasing up our buyer and their solicitors as the sale approached. Also other members of the team such as Sam displayed the same level of commitment and professionalism when helping is. I would thoroughly recommend Robert Ellis for anyone thinking of selling their property, they were excellent.”

“Any staff we spoke to in person or on the phone were very friendly, helpful and professional. Megan kept in touch with us brilliantly throughout the whole house buying process. She communicated well and answered any queries promptly and politely. Megan dealt with any bumps in the road in a positive, calm and informative manner. Thank you for all of your help!!”
