“Today, we viewed four properties, escorted by Hannah Hill. The schedule was well organised, with each viewing conducted in a relaxed manner. We found Hannah a very pleasant and helpful young lady. Overall experience excellent, for which I can only give top score.”

“I found the girls in the office very polite , courteous and professional I felt at the very beginning they were restricted by one of the directors reguarding the property I first set out to purchase however when we recently purchased our next property which we’ve now got they really went well above and beyond .recently huge thanks to holly torr who had no hesitation in keeping me informed and updated on a regular basis it really put my mind at rest thanks , The same needs to be said of dawne stokes at the very beginning as I dealt with dawne at the start then holly most recently I also dealt with Louise now and again It’s all about personal relationships , I know I didn’t use them to sell my house but I would now Have no hesitation Thanks for everything paul wade”

“As a first time buyer, the prospect of purchasing a house was very daunting, with a lot of unknown elements. Robert Ellis have done a fantastic job in keeping me up to date with information and keeping things as stress free as possible. In particular Marie Denham from RE and Matthew Rowntree from The Mortgage Company have been very helpful and have helped to make this process easier. Based on my experience with this purchase, I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis to anyone buying or selling a property. I do not have one complaint, 10/10. Many thanks, Michael”

“Excellent service throughout the sale of the flat holly was extremely good in her job worked well with her nothing was to much trouble very efficient .I would definitely recommend Robert Ellis for anyone who would want to sell or rent a property. “Excellent brochure coverage. Very good communication and help with showing interested buyers with viewing, despite problems with covid. A few teething problems with connecting onto the property for sale alert, but resolved. Overall very satisfied with the whole process of the sale. Thankyou.so much.”

“Very professional, prompt and efficient service. I was using 4 estate agents at the time of my transaction and Robert Ellis were by far the best . They were proactive with regular communication and I felt a sense of partnership . They were also very helpful with local contacts and sensitive in this probate sale. Robert and Holly have been fantastic and I would highly recommend.”
